This is an apartment on a 3rd floor without elevator, with a unique living/dining room tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable which includes a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two extra guests. The apartment comes with two lovely bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and another bedroom with two single beds, both have super comfortable sets of bed linen!

The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people and is the perfect spot to enjoy some quality time. Cable TV is ready for entertainment nights with a selection of more than 50 popular international channels. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the indispensable equipment for a good meal, such as: a microwave, an oven, a cooker, a toaster, a washing machine, a fridge, etc. it comes with bathrooms (bath and shower).

The location is just great, right by the historic Terreiro do Paço, a feet away from Sé Cathedral, in the heart of Lisbon’s trendy Baixa district.
It is also a quick 10-minute walk away from the upbeat and popular Bairro Alto district, but far enough so that you may enjoy a good nights rest!

It boasts as well the convenience of a bathroom for each bedroom and airconditioned and inside charm.

Perfect location, very clean

We loved this rental. Everything was at our fingertips. We also run and felt it was easy to leave our apartment on a good 3 mile run along the water. My son is 6 and had a blast. It is close to a little park and a lot of shopping. We will be back!

Lovely city centre apartment.

Lovely apartment in a central location -had not been to Lisbon before so was a great base to get to varying sites. Communication with Marisa was very good throughout. Comments for improvement would be to provide some toilet paper and hand soap to accommodate guests on arrival - even if just enough to tide them over for the first day; and also to improve the hot water system as don't think any of us managed to have a hot shower in the four days we were there. Would nonetheless recommend this apartment.

Great location, comfortable stay

This was a great apartment. Up 3 flights (with ground floor being 0) so be ready after your full day of walking up hills. Large living area with good air conditioning in each main room. Primary bedroom's bath was large and bath/shower was spacious. Great closet space in primary bedroom. No front balcony for sitting but the back one made it possible to dry clothes outdoors since there was just a washing machine, no clothes dryer. Little convenience store downstairs with friendly owners to greet us as we came and went. Not too loud, just buses from outside but no loud people. Close to the water and not too far from main areas. Mgmt company was flexible on check in times. I would stay here again!

Lovely spot!

This apartment was spacious, clean and it a perfect location in Lisbon! We were in the heart of the city and near the water. Marisa, the property manager was awesome and had plenty of info and guidance when we asked for it! Very quick to respond.. only thing that I thought could be an improvement is having things like water, coffee, paper towels, and soap available upon arrival. But other than that, a really nice place!
