Fabulous apartment in an excellent location. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you need in it. The host was very responsive to emails/questions. Would definitely recommend and would most certainly book again.

We had a great stay. The apartment was lovely and the pool was great. No problems getting a longer around the pool. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Excellent stay, spotlessly clean, really enjoyed staying here. Amazing sea views, lovely pool (although a bit too cold), walking distance of everything including a sea dip! Great communication from property owner. Would definitely stay here again.

An excellently refurbished and well laid out apartment. Very convenient for beach and restaurants/bars but not too noisy at night. Would definitely recommend for older families and those wanting a holiday in lively location

Bright spacious apartment

This ground floor apartment is bright and spacious. The 2 ensuites bathrooms were also spacious. Good sized living and kitchen area. Patio area has table and chairs for outside dining. Wardrobes had plenty of hangers and beds were comfortable. Air Con cost us less than 5 euros for the few days we were there, so not expensive Although the apartment is situated directly behind 2 lively bars, the music was stopped just before midnight each evening.Good value for the price.

Beautiful apartment with an eye for design and superior cleanliness. Very conveniently located.

Great little spot for a week in the sun, no car needed as everything is on the door step. Can be lively in the evening if this is the type of holiday you're looking for. Pool area is quiet and clean. The views from the villa are lovely.

Loved everything about this place. The views and location were phenomenal. The apartment itself was luxurious and had absolutely everything you could need. The beach is a minute away and the pool about 30 seconds. Absolutely amazing!! 👌

Had an amazing week. Apartment just as described. Immaculately clean. Superb showers. Comfortable bed and great kitchen facilities. I always struggle with TVs abroad but this was a breeze. Will be back.

We had a brilliant holiday in this accommodation. We know Lanzarote well but have never stayed on the main strip in Puerto del Carmen. The views from the living area are stunning and we enjoyed eating breakfast each morning on the balcony over looking the sea. The kitchen was well equipped with clean facilities and plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. Modern bathrooms had great cleanliness. The main bedroom has a large bed and usb chargers. With the door closed you can’t hear any noise in the evenings. The second bedroom was a little noisy on certain evenings but we were visiting at the height of the season in August. The swimming pool was excellent. Our children loved it and it made for a very relaxing holiday that we were able to pop there at any time and always find available sunbeds. Only used the sunbeds owned by Peter once. We are true beach bums and to have the beach so close was a luxury. We also found the supermarket (Mercadona), a short walk away excellent for price, quality and variety. We had a car during our stay and popped to the local Lidl but found the Mercadona just as good, perhaps better. As it’s the main strip, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars are on the doorstep.

Fantastic Stay

We had an amazing 10 night stay at this property which is accessed from the main strip but set back a bit so not noisy. The apartment is spotless and has all the facilities you could need. I have already booked again and would book sooner if there was availability when I have holidays due. Stayed 2nd-12th April 23.

Fabulous!

Everything about this apartment was fabulous. It has everything you need. Coin operated aircon was very cheap and efficient. Across the road from the beach and on the main strip with all the bars, restaurants and supermarkets. No need for a car. Lots of information provided by the owners from emergency numbers to recommended restaurants. Great communication.

The house was beautiful a lovely home from home …. I had my aunty with me who uses wheelchair .we really struggled as it was uphill . We were told this but thought we could manage as there was 4 of us … it was just to much for her we did get out 1day with her and struggled ..the pool was lovely to .. we enjoyed ourself but couldn’t go with my aunt again .. We have followed this property for a few years, we knew the owners for a few years and when the opportunity came up to buy it we did. Its on the front, all amenities on the doorstep shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, Taxis and the lovely strip Avenida de Las Playas.

Communal Pool, sun beds.
Home from home, WiFi, aircon and IPTV package.
We modified it to establish 2 x true en-suites ideal for growing family or friend wanting that additional privacy.
