A 3 bedroom private country holiday house with pool situated in Buger, Mallorca. It is surrounded by nature and is truly charming. A rustic style house with the entire exterior covered with natural stone.



The house has two twin bedrooms and 1 bedroom which is accessed via an open ladder staircase and has 4 single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The kitchenette is fully equipped and open-plan with the sunny living room where you feel very much at home. The house has 3 air conditioning with heating pumps, one in each of the two living rooms and another in the hall leading to the bedrooms.



Location



The property is located just outside the charming village of Buger, in the north of Majorca, in a very quiet area. In about 10 minutes’ drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, or the renowned Pollensa golf course which is just 10 km away. Campanet and Caimari are two dreamy villages not far off. For some great shopping you can go to Inca where prestigious shops have leather goods on offer.



Exterior



The villa is enclosed within a fenced in plot that offers complete privacy and has a total of 500 square metres. The large pool of 4m x 10m is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with parasols and sunbeds for sunbathing. Next to the pool there is a lovely covered terrace with a table, chairs and barbecue area where you can enjoy meals “al fresco”, or if you prefer you can seek the cool shade underneath the many fruit trees that the property has to offer during the hottest summer days. There is also a parking space within the property.



Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (water and gas). Electricity expense is not included in the price, cost of 0,27€/kw.



 A deposit of 300€ cash is required on arrival.
