This bright and spacious apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Millennium Golf Course in Vilamoura. The 2nd floor apartment has climate control air-conditioning and heating throughout and is furnished in a contemporary style. The complex is surrounded by the fairways of the Millennium golf course and close to the clubhouse. The Laguna and Victoria golf courses are also within easy walking distance.

The beautiful sandy Falesia Beach, Vilamoura center and Marina are just a 5 minutes drive away with plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, clubs and casino.

The kitchen is fully fitted. The apartment is south facing with a pool view from the large balcony which is perfect for al fresco dining. This apartment is part of a small gated complex, a tranquil heaven and the perfect place to relax and unwind on your holidays.

Kitchen: Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board and Nespresso coffee machine.

Lounge/dining room: High speed fibre broadband and WiFi, Large LCD TV with Netflix and cable tv channels, sofa, dining table and 6 chairs, air conditioning, balcony south facing and pool view.

Bathroom: Walk in Shower, wash basin and WC.

Master bedroom with en suite: Double bed, air conditioning and balcony.

Bedroom 2 : Twin beds which can be joined as a double bed, air conditioning.

Communal area: Swimming pool, sun loungers and gardens.
