Tim was the absolute best host! This was a surprise trip for my daughter and he went out of his way to make it special for us both! Can’t thank him enough! Location was great! Flat was clean and lovely. If you are planning to go to London, I recommend you stay at Tim’s place!

The studio apartment is small, but very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with basic needs. We were able to use the washer, but couldn’t get the dryer to work. The apartment windows face a major street, so it was a bit noisy. The location was very convenient to food markets, bus and subway and Hyde Park.

Perfection

Tim is an excellent host. He is very prompt in answering questions. The flat was exactly as pictured. The location was fabulous. Everyday we used the underground, a 10 minute walk, to take us to everything we wanted to visit. There are numerous restaurants and convenient shopping. Would definitely syay there again.

Great for seeing London!

This apartment was perfect for our few days in London! Safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants, 2 tube stations within walking distance. Clean and well appointed apartment with many necessities provided for cooking, etc. The washer/dryer was a big help! Thank you, Tim, for a great stay and we hope to be back again!

Ideal location for our visit to London

The location of the flat was perfect for our vacation. We had several walks in Hyde Park and accessed several of the nearby Underground stations to get around the city when we had walked enough for the day. Don't miss Mehmet Efendi 1953 Edgware Road for amazing Baklava, just around the corner!

Short break in London

Very cosy and well kept pied a terre close to Marble Arch and Edgware Road Undergrounds. Oven/Hob/Washing Machine/Freezer all nearly new (but we didn’t really try them out) a couple of pot towels would have been useful plenty hot water but no bath plug (I think to encourage people to use the excellent shower)We enjoyed Moco and Frameless, the local attractions.

Well appointed flat near sights, transportation links

I chose this flat due to its proximity to Paddington (we could walk to the station in less than 15 minutes), and to many other great locations - Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, Marble Arch - we easily walked all the way to Buckingham Palace and Parliament. The flat itself was spotlessly clean, well designed, and had everything we needed - thanks for the tea selection! Other travelers should note that the flat does face Edgware Road, but the triple-glazed windows keep out any street noise.

Great place

We had a great stay. It was exactly as expected based on the photos. It was clean, comfortable, stocked with what we needed and surprisingly quiet when windows were closed. Great location near Hyde park.

This apartment was exactly as pictured and listed. Very clean and everything worked great. Tim was very easy to work with and so communicative with excellent instructions and service. Definitely recommend this flat.
