A Beautiful Villa With Stunning Views

The villa is situated in a secluded location in Costa Adeje municipality in the South of Tenerife but is just within 10 minutes drive to the main tourist centres and the beaches. One of the beautiful beaches La Enramada is located below the villa in the place of La Caleta and is about 7 minutes drive.

The house is built in rustic style (rural home) and is a standalone away from other houses. It cannot be overlooked and you are guaranteed absolute privacy and the relaxed atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or a very well tended tropical garden. There is also a barbecue area.

The villa offers fantastic views on the ocean, all of the Costa Adeje and the nearby islands. The garden dining zone is specially elevated to provide for the better views.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 sofa bed and a single bed, a salon with a TV, a dining room with a table for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. The third bathroom is shared.

It's ideal for families, groups of friends or just for couples.

Stunning view

The villa is situated quite high up on the hillside but this offers a stunning view towards a few resorts that are only a few minutes drive away, car is essential. Host kept us fully informed as to how to find and access the property. We had a great time as we wanted a relaxing time and this was perfect, quiet but close enough to the local resorts, would recommend if you want a relaxing time but can drive for evenings out, loved it. The Villa is lovely and exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are spacious, kitchen is well equipped and WiFi worked well. Communication with the host, Sergey, was good, with clear arrival instructions, however the location information given took us to the wrong address. This was not an issue as Sergey was on the end of the phone and told us where to go and then came to meet us to ensure we were ok. Sergey also sorted a couple of other things, such as an extra fan, batteries for the TV remote and WiFi in the lounge as the booster had disconnected. Nothing was too much trouble! The villa does not have air con so the fans were very welcome. The villa is up a very steep hill on the side of the mountain so a car is essential. Aldi and Lidl are at the bottom of the hill just a couple of minutes away in the car so very handy. It is 20 mins from the airport, 15 mins from Playa de las Americas and 10 mins from Costa Adeje. The views from the villa are amazing.

Absolut unzufrieden

Das Haus hatte Bewertungen von 2017...das hatten wir übersehen. Die Lage verdient 5 Sterne, und der Pool. Ansonsten war Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Elektrizität (Stecker und Kabel blanke Drähte.. viele Glühbirnen kaputt), Kakerlaken, Schimmel an den Vorhängen im Schlafzimmer und auf den Liegestuhlauflagen, Unordnung draußen und drinnen, nicht zu benutzende Stühle außen (wurden dann ausgewechselt), Grillstation war nicht zu benutzen, schmutzig und wohl seit längerer Zeit nicht benutzt... Der Vermieter hat uns auch nicht empfangen, so wie wir das von anderen Häusern gewohnt sind, wahrscheinlich aus gutem Grund...aber das war noch OK... Wer uns absolut hat hängen lassen war FeWo...sorry Leute... wenn's brennt seid ihr raus. Dumme aussageschwache E-Mails und Telefonate... Hilfe? NEIN... Wir sind nach 10 Tagen wieder abgereist, anstatt 18 Tagen... Rückzahlung? Entschädigung? Nicht mal im Ansatz. Und eines steht fest: Wir buchen nicht mehr über dieses Portal... Jetzt verstehen wir auch die vielen 1* Bewertungen über FeWo.

Hello, Andrea Thank you for your comments. All the problems that you voiced to me I fixed the same day. Mainly your were unhappy about the following things: 1. 2 non working bulbs in the bedroom. They were replaced the same day. 2. The sun lounger mattresses. I brought you brand new ones the same day. 3. Your son did not like the two deck chairs. I brought you new ones the same day. 3. You complained about giant cockroaches. Yes, there are giant cockroaches in Tenerife. They are part of the indigenous fauna and they live in nature and sometimes wonder inside the house. I fumigated all the drains, and entrances to the house and installed traps the same day. And as far as I understand the problem has been solved as you did not contact me about this issue again. 4. We have self check-in in our property. The guests arrive and depart on their own. In general we do not welcome guests personally. 5. The barbecue grill works perfectly fine. It is charcoal based. The guests can buy charcoal in any supermarket. The inside of the barbecue is black from burnt charcoal which is perfectly normal. The curtain in one of the bedrooms gets wet below when the glass door is left open during rains. The right bottom of the curtain indeed got moldy. It has already been replaced.

El alojamiento ha Estado bien, la pena son algunas cositas de mantenimiento sobre todo exterior q tiene falta de un arreglo, en el interior bastante amplio, con falta de algún arreglo, como luz en una de las habitaciones, cambio de un colchón y seguridad en las cristaleras de la zona de comedor donde tampoco funciona la televisión, pero en general estancia estupenda y si podemos repetiremos

Villa spacieuse et au calme au cœur d'un magnifique petit jardin.

Magnifique séjour dans la villa de Serguey....il y a beaucoup d'espace et elle est bien équipée. La piscine est géniale et donne sur un jardin paysageé bien entretenu. Les échanges avec Serguey ont été rapides et sa réactivité avérée avec la fourniture d'un ventilateur au moment des très fortes chaleurs.

Dommage que le mobilier ne soit pas de très bonne qualité et surtout vieillissante. L’emplacement reste malgré tout de bonne qualité avec une belle vue.

Smuk udsigt og skønt hus med masser af plads

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i dette skønne hus 🏡☀️🌴 Huset er beliggende på bjergside med fantastisk udsigt ud over havet og til øen La Gomera, ca 10 minutter i bil til indkøb. Huset var perfekt til familieferie (vi var 7 voksne). Der er 3 store soveværelser og et værelse med 2 enkeltsenge samt 3 store badeværelser. Huset havde flere hyggekroge på terrassen, udendørs grill og rigtig lækker opvarmet pool. Perfekt og god kommunikation med værten Sergey, som var hurtig til at svare på vores beskeder. Tak til vores vært for hans hjælp og venlighed. Vi vil elske at komme tilbage til dette skønne hus 🏡 Mange tak for en god ferie!🤗 Alt perfekt!

Splendide maison et vue

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette propriété, la vue est superbe. Dès l'arrivée nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette villa. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et assez distantes les unes des autre pour garder une certaine intimité. Il y a une grande quantité de linges et serviettes, ce qui est rare et appréciable. Mes amis comptent la louer dans le future pour y retourner avec leurs enfants et peut-être que moi aussi. La seule remarque que je pourrais faire serait concernant l’éclairage extérieur que l’on a trouvé insuffisant pour pouvoir bien profiter de l’extérieur, deux ou trois petits spots à leds et c’est parfait ! Le contact avec le propriétaire c’est merveilleusement bien passé (que se soit par mail ou téléphone). Merci Mr Sergey

Petit coin de paradis

Très jolie maison, idéalement située : perchée dans la montagne, au calme, avec une très jolie vue sur la mer, mais restant à proximité des plages et des commerces. Le jardin tropical est particulièrement réussi et très dépaysant, et la piscine très agréable. Le logement est doté d'une cuisine fonctionnelle et récente, même s'il manquait quelques ustensiles que Sergey a immédiatement remplacé lorsqu'on lui a signalé. Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour.

Nice villa with beautiful surroundings but needs to be repaired

It was nice holiday. Villa is on the hill and views are amazing. garden with pool was nice. Plants and flowers in the garden amazed us. Villa inside is spacious. But the equipment inside needs to be maintained. Dishwasher was not working it was clogged with dirt. It was not possible to wash dishes so all stay we did it by hands. actually we never use TV on holidays, but my husband just switched it on to check and it seems TV also had problems. Kitchen was really equipped and we where satisfied of various types of tools: juice press, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and etc. It was uncomfortable as main entrance gates was damaged and it was not possible to go inside with cars. We need to park it on the street outside. Probably it is temporally as owner apologized with this. So we have claims for several things but general it did not destroyed our holidays. It was only small things and we where lucky to choose this property. Note to owner: after each guest you need to check equipment and surroundings to be sure it is working and it is in good conditions.

wunderbares Domizil für einen schönen Urlaub für 6 Personen

schöne Lage mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und auf Adeje, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zwecks Selbstversorgung in der Nähe (Lidl 5 min. Autofahrt), innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Küche mit allen Geräten die man benötigt, vom Wohnzimmer den gleichen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, Aussenbereich schön gestaltet, mit Kindern ideal.

Very nice garden with pool

Great view from the living room and from the very nice, well maintained garden with (optional) heated pool. Superb privacy. Very spacious. However, the interior of the bedrooms is somewhat outdated. Good location, but (rental) car usage is a must.

Villa spacieuse, confortable et agréable avec un jardin fleuri. Une très belle vue. Un point négatif : la villa est isolée dans la montagne et on y accède par une route sinueuse et escarpée mais large.

ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht

Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und auch die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, ruhig. Wir haben den Panoramablick aus dem Wohnzimmer genossen und jeden Tag mit dem Entsafter frischen Obstsaft zum Frühstück gemacht. Der beheizte Pool war optional, mit Extrakosten verbunden, aber gut. Es gab ein bisschen wenig Geschirr im Haus, aber dem ist ja leicht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Ich kann das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Family Holiday Feb 2017

Absolutely loved staying here, with my partner, 2 children and my mum and dad. Wonderful views and a great location. A car is a must. There is a Lidl close by along with the motorway. The villa itself was lovely, spacious and clean. The outside area was fab with people maintaining the pool and garden. This was our first experience of renting out a villa and we were not disappointed and it was everything we hoped for. Thankyou Sergey.

Ein Traum

Wir haben zu Fünft einen tollen Urlaub in Adeje verbracht. Das Haus war geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit 3 Bädern und 4 Schlafräumen findet jeder genug Platz. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Kein Straßenlärm etc. Die Pool-Heizung funktionierte sehr gut, sodass man sich auch bei niedrigeren Außentemperaturen in den Pool wagen konnte. Der Blick vom Haus ins Tal ist fantastisch, besonders bei Nacht. Die Hausübergabe und die Anreise haben Dank der guten Betreuung durch den Vermieter im Vorfeld reibungslos geklappt. Durch die nahegelegenen Supermärkte am Fuße des Berges (Lidl, etc.) ist man auch versorgungstechnisch gut angebunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
