The structure, rented for exclusive use, has two floors:

The ground floor consists of:

_ Apartment IL MELOGRANO with separate entrance of 40sqm with bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and sofa bed in the living room.

_ Double bedroom I GIRASOLI of 20sqm with separate entrance and bathroom with shower.

_ Large living room with table and professional kitchen

The second floor, on the other hand, consists of the :

_ LE ROSE and I GIGLI apartments of 60sqm each, equipped with: bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, “loft” room with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen and living room with 2-seater sofa.

_ Apartments LE GINESTRE and I LILLA of 60sqm each, equipped with: bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and living room with 2-seater sofa.
For a maximum capacity of 18 people.

It's also possible to use a large outdoor area with tables for dining and relaxing on the sofas placed in the garden and under the various gazebos scattered around the garden and poolside.

Fantastic place!

We (3 adults and a child) stayed for one month, and everything was perfect: the house among the green hills and olives, the pool, the willingness to help in our every smallest need from Luca and his family... It is 35 km from Ankona airport, 190 km from Bologna airport; 11 km to HiperCOOP; a lot of fantastic restaurants nearby, two of them even have 2 stars of Michelin! A lot of interesting sites to visit around; we even travelled from there to Umbria: Urbino, Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia, everything in a one-day trip. Highly recommend; no doubts, much better then to stay in a hotel...

Our stay at casalantico was just fantastic! Luca is the best host and the house has everything you wish for. It's very well equipped and perfectly taken care of. Our son (6) said "we will never have such a great holiday ever again."

Molto bello, pulito e curato

É la seconda volta che facciamo ferie nel agriturismo Casalantico. La casa é in un posto tranquillo e rillassante tra campi di grano e girasoli. A poca distanza si trova tutto: negozi, mare, cittá. Tutto e molto pulito e curato. I nostri bambini hanno apprezzato della piscina, che é molto bella e curata. Luca é molto gentile e aiuta e da tanti consigli senza essere invadente. Grazie per tutto, speriamo di potere ritornare per una futura vacanza.

Un angolo di paradiso

Ho appena trascorso una settimana di vacanza assieme al mio compagno e ai miei 2 figli, 13 e 6 anni, e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, giardino e piscina al top, e che dire di Luca il proprietario? Davvero una persona squisita. Raccomando davvero a tutti un soggiorno cosi'. Ci torneremo!!!!!!

A wonderful Agriculturismo

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful agriculturismo! The appartment was very clean and never had we such a well equipped appartment. The appartment is spacious and the aircondition was very appreciated. Everything you need, is there. A private space in the garden was available which was nice. The surroundings are breathtaking and the atmosphere was very good. Luca, the owner, is very helpful and the facilities are more than good. Free coffee, use of the vegetable garden and fresh eggs every morning. Our kids had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and jaccuzi. Corinaldo is a beautiful village and and other nice villages are in the neighbourhood. The coast is just a 15/20 minute drive away. There is simply nothing negative to say about this agriculturismo. We had the best time there. Normally we do not visit an accommodation twice, but we might make an acception for this one.

Kennismaking met de Marken

Beautiful Agriturismo in a quiet region of the Marken with possibilities to have nice visits in small towns or to reach the beach in a short time. Extra's in comfort are the jacuzzi, the airco in the rooms and of course the fresh and delicious tomatoes we could take every day. We had a warm welcome of the host Luca with the tasting of delicious regional products. On demand he can also give you some nice adresses of restaurants where you pay less money for tasty food.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung Giglio verbracht. Una vacanza meravigliosa

Un posto da sogno, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento in condizioni perfette, pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Lo spazio all'aperto consente grande libertà, sempre nel rispetto degli altri ospiti. Luca, cordialissimo, è sempre stato attento a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Corinaldo è un bellissimo paesino, a 10 minuti di auto, in cui fare piccole spese e passeggiate. Comodo il grande Centro Commerciale a Cesano, 20 minuti. Consigliamo un giro alla rocca di Mondavio. Con 3 figli di 11, 9 anni e 10 mesi il da fare non manca ma abbiamo comunque trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile. Sicuramente da ripetere quando saranno più grandi per apprezzare di più anche i dintorni! GRAZIE di tutto!

Appartamento molto carino

Appartamento molto carino nella campagna marchiggiana sito in un bellissimo parco con una magnifica piscina. Molto silenzioso si dorme magnificamente, panorama bellissimo.Le spiagge sono vicine(9 Km) e si raggiungono tranquillamente perchè il traffico non è molto intenso. L'appartamento è carino, pulito, ed é completo di tutto il necessario . Forse per le persone piu' anziane qualche fastidio é dato dalle scale che ci sono per raggiungere l'appartamento e dall'appartamento alla mansarda dove c'é la seconda camera. Ho trascorso una bellissima settimana, ci tornero' sicuramente e lo cosiglio a tutte le persone che amano la campagna e il silenzio. Pietro(Svizzera)

Met een grote familie (10 mensen) 7 dagen in een verbouwde boerderij bestaande uit 5 apartementen verbleven. Een algemene kamer konden we voor gezamenlik gebruik benutten. Groot terrein met diverse zitjes en bbq mogelijkheid. Nu nog te koud voor het zwembad maar een heerlijke jacuzzi erbij waar we decadent van hebben genoten! Goed verzorgde en ingerichte apartementen, gastvrije gastheer en zijn familie. We hebben volop genoten van dit verblijf met mogelijkheid tot fietsen gebruik, leuke oude stadjes in de buurt bezoeken, wandelmogelijkheden, goede restaurants met gerechten van de streek en eenvoudig te bereiken via Bologna of Ancona.

Klasse Urlaub

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 7+11) waren neugierig ob die Realität mit den schönen Fotos im Internet mithalten kann. Es war alles exakt so. Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und die Wohnungen sehr sauber. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich durch Luca betreut. Das Haus liegt etwa 15 Km vom Meer entfernt, ca 20 Minuten Fahrzeit. Wir sind fast jeden Tag ans Meer gefahren, das hat uns eigentlich nicht gestört. Wenn wir jetzt irgendetwas negatives sagen könnten, wäre es eventuell die Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt. Mal soeben um die Ecke gehen und Brötchen holen ist halt nicht. Also rein ins Auto und gut 10 min nach Corinaldo fahren. Dort gibt es übrigens auch ein empehlenswertes Restaurant "I Tigli". Gute regionale italienische Küche, aber auch Pizza für die Kinder und das ganze zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und auch unseren Freunden empfehlen.

TORNATI PER I SECONDO ANNO, UNA GRANDE CONFERMA!

Beh, siamo tornati, perché il ricordo dell'anno scorso e il desiderio di approfondire la conoscenza di questo territorio non ci hanno fatto indugiare nemmeno un attimo; di solito si cambia, quasi per "cultura", ma a questo giro non abbiamo avuto dubbi, siamo tornati a Casalantico. Tutto come la prima volta, anzi se possibile con alcuni miglioramenti della struttura: pace assoluta, si dorme come sempre nel "rumore assordante dei grilli!", perfetto relax in piscina, appartamento impeccabile, ideale con i bambini: noi ne abbiamo 3! Posizione centrale con mare a 15 minuti d'auto e alcune tra le più belle destinazioni delle Marche nel raggio di un'ora di guida. Molte possibilità per mangiar bene a ottimo prezzo nei paesi dei dintorni. Il plus è Luca, e la sua famiglia: persone squisite, perfetto equilibrio tra calore e professionalità. Sempre disponibili, con naturale gentilezza, mai invadenti. ...non ci faranno mica diventare degli habitué?!? Per la cronaca "sportiva": ottime bici sempre a disposizione e, a oggi, ancora nessuno a parte il sottoscritto con Tommaso è arrivato in cima alla strada a destra del cancello... quest'anno bissata l'impresa, con in più la risalita tutta in sella della strada di accesso dal basso!!

"Tutto impeccabile: casa, proprietari, gestione e servizi offerti. Tanto è vero che siamo tornati pe il secondo anno consecutivo, famiglia con 3 bambini. Impeccabile la casa, per come è stata ristrutturata: un recupero molto ben fatto e un arredamento perfetto, curato in ogni particolare, c''è tutto quel che può servire. Impeccabili i proprietari, semplicemente squisiti. Al top la gestione e i servizi offerti: a nostra disposizione tutto quanto descritto e molto di più (piscina con lettini e ombrellone, tavolo esterno privato, verdura dell''orto da cogliere ogni mattina, caffè espresso, bici, materiale informativo e consigli, connessione wireless...) Luca e la sua famiglia, pur con grande professionalità, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Strategica la posizione: si dorme nel silenzio assoluto della campagna (coi grilli in sottofondo!), ma a 15'' d''auto dal mare e al centro di un''area ricca di castelli, borghi murati, cittadine, in mezzo a una campagna curatissima. E poi, facilmente raggiungibili, ristoranti di livello oppure piccole trattorie di campagna, vini e salumi da urlo, feste estive in ogni paesino dei dintorni... Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo! Grazie Luca. p.s.: per chi prende la bici: uscire dal cancello e salire a destra, senza indugi e pedalare fino in cima!! Arrivati in cima prendere a sinistra fino a Monterado, scendere di nuovo con la stretta stradina a tornanti (via della sorgente) e tornare a casa, senza scendere dalla bici nemmeno nell''ultima rampa! Non valida la partenza in discesa!!"

una vacanza indimenticabile

Siamo appena rientrati dopo un soggiorno di 15 giorni a Casalantico... una vacanza che non dimenticheremo perchè perfetta per chi vuole un pò di relax anche con i bimbi piccoli (noi abbiamo due bambine di 1 e 5 anni). E' un posto bellissimo, curato e accogliente, pulito, con un paesaggio circostante che il sito riesce a rendere solo in parte.. L'appartamento era delizioso e c'era molto spazio attorno dove le bambine potevano giocare liberamente, una piscina mai troppo frequentata.. e poi a solo un quarto d'ora dalle belle spiagge di Senigallia. Anche i posti che ci sono stati consigliati per mangiare non hanno deluso le aspettative...I padroni di casa sono persone discrete e ospitali, attente ai bisogni dei loro ospiti. E' un posto che consiglieremmo a chiunque desideri una vacanza lontano dai luoghi affollati, all'insegna del bello e della tranquillità. Grazie ancora Casalantico!
