Large country house with private swimming pool and tennis court, 12 hectares

The property consists of 12 hectares of fields, 8 of which are devoted to an organic olive grove, and a large garden.

The house has on the ground floor a large living room and dining room opening onto a large open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a library lounge that can also be used as a bedroom, and a summer lounge that can also be used as a bedroom, as well as a large terrace on the garden level.

On the first floor: a small cinema room (which can seat 8 to 10 people), 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a living room that can be used as a bedroom (with a door to close it, like a bedroom).

This is a country house full of history, over 200 years old, and completely renovated. This is not a luxurious and contemporary villa, but an ideal country house for groups of friends or large families, wishing to meet in a green setting, in the hills, while being very close to the city and the sea.

The house is ideal for a stay of 1 to 26 guests. However, with an additional fee, it is possible to rent, in addition, a cottage (which can accommodate up to 10 guests), in the park.

The swimming pool (open from April to October) and the tennis court are for exclusive use.

(The swimming pool was renovated in 2022, with a new liner and the poolside terrace has been redone and enlarged. It is a 12m x 6m swimming pool with 2 different depth levels).

A very discreet and pleasant person occupies an independent apartment, and ensures that the swimming pool and the garden are properly maintained, while maintaining all the "privacy" of the customers at all times.

Excellent stay

We all had a great stay at the villa. The hosts were very accommodating and even organised a dinner and wine tasting for us which were both fantastic. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was great and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Nikolaj and his treat went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us and our friends. A great place to stay for adults and kids alike. Would love to return another year.

Great accommodation for our yearly holiday with friends and families

Great house, a bit older than in the pictures but still a very nice place to stay for a week. Definetly recommended! Very nice and informative conversations ahead with Nik and during the stay Entiena and Lirim took care of anything that we needed.

Great stay in the Italian countryside with friends

We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.

Holiday after daughter’s wedding

The house exceeded all our expectations and dealing with Nik in advance was an easy process - he was very accommodating to our requests and questions. Vikram and his family on site were also really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would love to return.

We had a great time with 23 people in this house. Kitchen is well equipped. The owner and the caretaker are very friendly and are happy to help quickly. Pool and teen court are great employment opportunities

Lovely and well-situated house

We had an excellent stay early June 2014. The house, garden, pool and the surroundings all exceeded our expectations. We were 8 adults and 4 children and the only small remark we have is that there are only 4 real bedrooms in the house, plus one living room/tv room that can be used as a bedroom. However, given that the bedroom situation is clear we think it is hard to find a better stay in Marche.

Amazing house

We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for family celebration

Lovely old Italian house with great big pool and tennis court. Very comfortable and all arrangements made clearly and easily with Nik who even arranged a piano for us. We were a family of 17 and there was lots of room for us all. Celestine and his family cooked for us on two evenings and the food was delicious. Clearing also ran a wine tasting for us which we loved. Lirim and Entiena showed us round and we’re there if we needed them. Lovely people and a lovely place

A* .....Fabulous Property and Host

We booked this property for 15 adults of varying ages and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all. The swimming pool was cleaned every day and although not heated, we enjoyed using it daily. It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and nearest supermarket. The Owner of the house messaged with details needed and other info he though that would be helpful. His communication was really good. Lirim came everyday to clean the pool and remove rubbish and again he was very friendly and helpful. We hired Marisa to teach us how to make pasta, which is worth doing and also to cook us a 3 course meal...again excellent and worth doing. I would recommend this house..it is definitely 5*

Wonderful week in Belgatto 57!

Wonderful house for a big group of people! We spent the week together with 22 people, out of 12 were children between the age of 5 and 18. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful and functional place with relaxed and comfortable rules. Small details like soap in all the bathrooms and detergents for laundry were highly appreciated. Also the possibility for recycling was great. The tennis and fetherball rackets were well used, beautiful and quiet surrounding neighbourhood was nice to get to know by running. The host was discrete, kind and efficient. Fano is a beautiful and intresting small town with a nice distance from the house. If you want to make it even better, get the stairs to the tennis court fixed and arrange more and smaller (would fit better to the dishwasher!) normal drinking glasses to the kitchen! Wonderful holiday in a great location

First of all, I want to thank Nik and his team for making our holidays a huge success! We were a big group of friends - families, couples and singles. It is not easy to find a holiday home for such a diverse group that meets all requirements. But the villa met them all! The facility is so generous that everyone has enough space to themselves. However, you also have enough large common areas to sit down and eat together. Even the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need - a rarity, even with more expensive holiday homes. The arrangements with Nik in advance were a dream. He was so helpful and gracious that the holiday was incredibly easy to organize. Furthermore, the team on site gave us great support and made our holiday unforgettable. One day we had a dinner with a chef, on another Nik organized a pasta cooking course for us - I totally recommend that, it was a real treat! The location of the house is great - beach, culture, nature, everything is close by. All in all, I can really recommend the house to everyone, an absolute hit! We will be back!

Schöner Urlaub mit der Großfamilie

Großes Haus mit vielen Zimmern, wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern unterwegs, und jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer .Das Objekt war komplett ausgestattet in Sachen Küche und Co, auch in Sachen spiele, war einiges vor Ort.Das Meer war mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, lediglich der Rückweg war ein wenig bergigAllerdings kann man nur die öffentlichen Strände nutzen, dort gibt es keine Sanitäranlagen. Diese muss man vom nächstgelegenen Strand lokal nutzen.

Siamo stati benissimo! Non saremmo piu venuti via! una settimana a fine giugno in gruppo di amici (famiglie con bambini da 7 a 16 anni), in 21 in totale. Casa bellissima con pulizia impeccabile, spazi ampi e comodi, cucina attrezzata con molti accessori e pentole, abbiamo mangiato quasi sempre a casa ( c'è anche una cucina piu piccola con un altro frigo, forno, fuochi utile per preparare per tanti). Camere ben arredate, con aria condizionata ben funzionante, letti comodissimi! Piscina grande, pulita ogni giorno dal manutentore. Anche i teli piscina sono forniti! Per la gioia dei tennisti del gruppo il campo da tennis é stato rifatto da poco, sfruttato molto soprattutto al pomeriggio quando é all'ombra. Comunicazione veloce col proprietario e facile check in. Casa perfetta per gruppi, la amerete, la consigliamo sicuramente!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß, besonders hervorzuheben sind die gut ausgestattete Küche und die gute Raumaufteilung.Das Außengelände um das Haus ist wunderschön.Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Der Haushälter ist sehr freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht die Mieter nicht zu stören. Die Kommunikation mit Nik war jederzeit sehr einfach, direkt und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns bei Nik sehr wohl gefühlt!

QUEL SÉJOUR DE RÊVE !

Je suis sans mots tellement notre expérience fut extraordinaire. Nous étions 18, dont 7 enfants dans cette maison aussi grande et spacieuse qu’accueillante. Sérieusement, passer outre cette maison serait dommage. Tout y est. Chambres spacieuses, espace pour ne pas se tomber dessus, piscine, tennis, oliveraie et paysages de rêve.Et que dire de Nik, l’hôte qui a fait des pieds et des mains pour nous rendre ce séjour agréable. Il nous a même organisé des cours de cuisine (pasta fait main) dans un sympa resto du coin, ainsi qu’un dîner par un chef à la maison pour tous.Il connaît très bien la région de la Commune de Pesaro et Urbino et nous a refilé plein d’adresses et d’endroits à visiter.Je ne saurais vous recommender mieux que cette demeure d’exception, qui est d’un confort parfait, d’autant plus que cet ancien corps de ferme a plus de 250 ans.Bonnes vacances qui que vous soyez !

Gute Lage, sehr gute Betreuung vorort und online von nik.

gute lage nahe zum strand und fano, grosses Haus. Die Anlage leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Tennisplatz ausgehärtet und mit Rissen aber noch bespielbar. Grundsätzlich alles sauber jedoch die küchenutensilien Pfannen etc gehören dringend erneuert. Bäder okay , jedoch zumeist sehr klein und auch renovierbedarf. Betten super, haus hellhörig. Terrasse schön, Stühle und Tische gehören getauscht. pool gut gepflegt , jedoch auch dort nagt der Zahn der Zeit. Insgesamt ware es eine tolle Anlage aber es gehört einiges erneuert um in diesem preissegment vergleichbar zu werden.
