In this luxurious villa you can enjoy privacy and tranquility as well as wonderful views of Granada, Sierra Nevada and Sierra Elvira.

The house as well as design is made with high quality materials which provide style and comfort.

Its strategic location in a residential area next to Sierra Elvira allows us to be in Granada in 15 min, in 50 min on the beach and in 45 min in the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

It is located on a 400 m2 plot, arranged on three floors with a garden and pool with unique views.

It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor we find three bedrooms, one of them en suite and two bathrooms, on the top floor we find a spacious studio with capacity for 3 people and a terrace with magnificent views.

It has a garage and aerothermal heating through underfloor heating, to enjoy high comfort both in winter and summer.

Our recent stay was an excellent experience. The designer villa was beautiful, with great facilities including surround sound, a lovely swimming pool and even a daily delivery of fresh bread. Francisco was a fabulous host and readily available to make local recommendations and to answer any questions we had. The villa was well-located for visits to Granada, just 15-minutes away by car, but also provided a good base for visiting the surrounding areas and beaches. Thank you so much, and we'd thoroughly recommend it.

Un accueil très chaleureux avec des attentions locales de la part des propriétaires, Fran et son épouse. La maison d’architecte est fonctionnelle, confortable et très bien équipée. La piscine avec son jacuzzi intégrée est parfaite, les vues sont splendides sur les montagnes. Grenade est à proximité en voiture, moins de 20 minutes. Je recommande sans aucune retenue.

Villa magnifique

Les hôtes sont super sympa et très présents en cas de questions. L'accueil était très chaleureux. La villa est magnifique, propre et très bien équipée. Elle est encore plus belle en vraiOn s'y sent comme à la maison. La villa est bien située, dans un quartier calme mais sécurisé, non loin de Alhambra et d'un grand centre commercial. Un très grand merci pour les présents. On reviendra sans hésiter!
