The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with television, air conditioning, and private car park. Far from town

This property is very close to beach but 3 miles from town. There are no grocery stores nearby and only one restaurant about a half mile away. The apartment itself is super sparse with nothing on walls. And the bed was pretty hard. The property mgr is delightful and helpful but without a car, the location isn’t good.
