"De Bosrand" is a 3-room vacation rental of 75 m2 situated entirely on the ground floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The spacious living and dining area spans 40 m2 and serves as the heart of the property, offering direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, also 10 m2, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for children or additional guests. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The property also includes a kitchenette fitted with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Please be aware that the 1st floor is mostly closed and uninhabited. Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via 7 steps.

Dreckige, runtergekommene Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

In dieser Ferienwohnung haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt. - vieles ist defekt (Fronten der Küchenschränke fallen bei Benutzung ab, Leuchtmittel defekt, Türzargen angefault, größere und kleinere Löcher im Laminat, Rollos ausgefragt und vieles mehr) - es ist dreckig (es liegen viele tote Insekten rum, viele Spinnweben in allen Räumen, die Wände sind mit zerschlagenen Insekten übersät, Tische und Schränke haben klebrige Flecken von Vorbewohnern, dreckige Böden, …) - die Einrichtung ist spartanisch und billig und nichts passt irgendwie zusammen - es ist alles alt (wäre nicht schlimm wenn es wenigstens gepflegt wäre, aber das war leider nicht der Fall) - die eingestellten Fotos (z.B. der Balkon) gehört nicht zur Wohnung bzw. sind äußerst wohlwollend - ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne vergeben, aber da die Lage gut war, gibt’s einen Stern von uns Check-in und Check-out waren unnötig kompliziert und kosteten und extra Zeit. In Summe war es mies, mit einen sehr schlechten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
