The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a generous living and dining room of 25 m2, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and a flat screen cable TV, as well as a hi-fi system, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socialising. From this space, you have direct access to both the terrace and the patio. The open kitchen, measuring 8 m2, is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 features a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is complemented by a hand-basin and a separate WC. A shower room with WC is also located on this level. The rooms on the ground floor are connected by stairs in a mezzanine configuration.
The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and houses the remaining 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend a characterful, intimate feel. The first upper-floor room measures 12 m2 and contains a double bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony.
