Excellent location and three floors of pure comfort with panoramic views.
Here you’ll find EVERYTHING and even more!
But let's start from the beginning:
3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with a wonderful lake view can easily accommodate 7 persons with kids and even babies: baby crib is under request.
Free parking places including.
Fully equipped kitchen and cosy dining table welcome to gathering. Though, we bet you will prefer having meals on the open terrace to enjoy the mountains reflecting in the lake waters.
If you don't feel like walking to the beach, which is here nearby, you're welcome to soak the sun in the blooming garden, having your time on sun loungers.
SPA area and Jacuzzi will complete the desirable zen. Want something more active? The GYM on the ground floor will not allow you to get extra pounds.
WiFi is available throughout the territory of Villa IDA. From Lenno you easily reach Varenna and Bellagio by land or by water. Boats depart from Lido di Lenno and offer not only the fastest, but the most picturesque way to explore Como Lake.

This is an excellent property for location and price point. I think advertising of house is only 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. A shower room suitable only for showering prior to accessing the spa. The smell of the spa does dominate downstairs and that bedroom. I think it should also be stated that a starter pack is provided, so that those travelling from overseas prepares to bring handwash for toilets. I would say though if you provide shower soap and liquid hand soap for a toilet, then it needs to be provided for all bathrooms and toilets. Looks poor and does not match the level of customer service that is provided.
