Nice property & GREAT AC!!
AC was amazing and worked great!! Bathroom is small (very common for Europe so not that big of a deal) and toilet area is very small so if an overweight guest it may be difficult to fit in the toilet space due to glass wall for shower and another tile wall on either side. Other than that worked great and location was super close to cafe and restaurants and only 1/2 block to the beach. :)

Nice place, few minutes from the sea and the city center. Well equipped, good air conditioning for summer, no noise at night. Excellent communication and support from a professional team.

Siamo una famiglia con un bambino di un anno, la posizione è eccezionale a due passi dal mare e a due passi da supermercati, pasticcerie e ristoranti e vicina al parking Grimaldi. Giulian e la sua struttura ci hanno fatto trovare la casa pulita e in ordine. Abbastanza moderna internamente, completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa la fondamentale aria condizionata. Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno qui.
