Este espacioso apartamento se sitúa en los acantilados del famoso Mont Boron al este de Niza. El apartamento 'cuelga' del acantilado lo que le hace poseer vistas magníficas del Mediterráneo desde todas las habitaciones, desde el faro en VilleFranche hasta la línea costera de Niza y Antibes. El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones principales, cada una con camas matrimoniales. El salón, grande y fresco se abre a una terraza de 30 metros y a un jardín pequeño. La cocina completamente equipada, está en plano abierto con el comedor para 8 personas y da al cómodo salón con televisión satelital, DVD etc... Único de esta propiedad es el ascensor al nivel de la calle y desde el cual puede ir a la playa o la ciudad con confiables servicios de autobús en cualquier dirección.
Esta tranquila ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de las ciudades, las playas, y las montañas, pero sobretodo, las espectaculares vistas del Mediterráneo. Un perfecto alquiler.

We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view is incredible and the apartment is airy, clean and spacious! Grocery store and transit were less than 5 minute walk and local bus took about 10-15 minutes to get to Nice. Mme Demacon is fast to respond and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and views were well worth the stairs.

Villa de rêve au bord de ma mer

Nous avons choisi cette villa paisible au bord de la mer pour visiter la Côte d’Azur. Le Tramway ou le métro est accessible à moins de 30 minutes de marche ou 12 minutes en bus sur le boulevard Maurice Maeterlinck.notre hôtesse nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de la villa. Elle est très bien équipée. Beaucoup de luminosité dans cet appartement.les deux chambres sont très confortables.

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view

Extremely well equipped apartment with almost 180 degrees view of the ocean. Excellent reception by host who explained all the features of the place. You have to be prepared to ess as lj some steps or take a tiny elevator for two people max. ( no luggage). Parking is free in garage. Very good bus connection into Nice and Villefranche. Walking to Nice is longer than suggested on the website.The walk to Villefranchealong the coast is recommended.

Beautiful scenery from this property. Great location, we walked to nice and cap ferrat, the coastal walk is stunning. Pam was great with check in, I did read about the stairs to get up to the property from the street level and that wasn’t a big deal. Prettier than the pictures in the ad

Stunning property, excellent stay

We were very happy with our accommodations and would return in a heartbeat. The property is beautiful from the glorious patio overlooking the sea to the comfortable furniture to the well supplied kitchen. The location was ideal, enabling us to take advantage of public transit for many many outings. One of the best holiday rentals we’ve experienced.

The best location and view around

As expected, the view from the apartment was amazing and really makes this place very special. The apartment itself is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is stacked with high quality appliances which makes self-catering very easy. The apartment is decorated very simply and stylishly. Could not recommend it enough.

Sehr schönes, individuelles und stilvolles Apartment als Teil eines mondänen Gebäudeensembles in der Mitte zwischen Nizza und Villefranche-sur-mer hoch über der Küstenstraße, die man kaum hört. Traumhafter Blick über ein paar Häuser auf die Weite des Meeres. Strände sind ein paar Minuten entfernt, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind sehr nah. Es gibt einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und umfassend. Man ist für sich allein und kann dort wunderbar entspannen.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The photos are accurate. Views are indeed amazing and the apartment is comfortable and had what we needed. It's a bit out of the center of Nice. It was away from the Nice crowds which we appreciated but we needed a car to get around. The most convenient way to access the apartment is by stairs rather than the elevator. For some people, this might not be desirable. The elevator is available, but it only accommodates two people at a time.

Incredible Views and Best of Nice!

This apartment was the perfect home base for our visit to Nice and the Côte d'Azur! I will just say up front though, you must be able to walk/ climb a lot of stairs. There are two elevators to take but they also require some steps. But the view is worth it! The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice big kitchen and living space - the bedrooms and the living space have these incredible huge windows that look out over the ocean. We enjoyed morning coffee watching not just all of the activity on the sea - from large cruise liners to elegant sail boats to kayakers, but also the planes coming and going from Nice airport. There is a charming lighthouse included in the view, as well. The place is air conditioned and comes furnished with very nice dishware. There is also a grill which we took advantage of and a nice little garden to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. There is a parking spot included. The walk to Nice is about 20-25mins, no problem. Plus, there is a large Carrefour grocery store just 4 minutes away for all of your grocery needs. Also, where a lot of places in Nice can be quite noisy, we didn't hear anything. Location-wise, we were able to drive easily to the towns up and down the coast. While WiFi is included, it didn't work while we were there. We were only two people, but it would very comfortably fit at least 4 people. I really recommend this lovely and well-situated place for your Nice vacation!

Very Hard to Leave

We were so very fortunate to have found these beautiful accommodations in Nice overlooking the Mediterranean. How wonderful it was with the incredible view, the location, and the best hostess ever; Pam - who was a text away with any question we had. Do not for a second get intimidated when others talk about getting up to the accommodations from street level - it is so very easy - we used the stairs on many occasions and the lift when we needed it for luggage. Super secure place that (as mentioned) is well situated. We walked to the harbour and the other way to the beaches of Villefranche. Also the bus service is top notch and inexpensive as well. A car port is provided at street level and our vehicle did not move from there for the entire week. There is a Carrefour grocery store 3 minute walk to take care of all your grocery and beverage needs. This place is not to be missed, and we will be back for even a longer period next time. I absolutely cannot say enough about Pam and these accommodations!! Thanks Pam!!!

Turn of the year in the swallow`s nest

We spent four weeks in the beautiful flat and felt very comfortable there. The view is fantastic. The location is quiet and ideal for walks in the old town of Nice or by the sea. Thanks to the excellent bus connections you can explore the surrounding area. Pam`s service was excellent and she helped immediately with any problems. The unusual design of the flat, which is anchored to the rock and looks like a swallow`s nest, takes some time getting used to. The flat is overall very good, tasteful and fully equipped, even if some of the furniture is getting on in years. The flat doesn`t get really warm at low temperatures as there is a draught under the patio door. It would be nice if there were some reading lamps. With these additions it would be perfect accommodation for a holiday on the Cote d`Azur.
