Alguerhome Casa Turchese is a comfortable nest in a lively street of the city centre’s heart. Cheerful, colorful and elegant, with a personal touch that recalls the Sardinian tradition revisited in a modern key, this apartment is in an ideal position for those who want to enjoy the city life, little far from the busiest streets.
Located on the second floor, the house is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. It consists of a small entrance, a very light and airy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and air conditioning, a separate kitchenette fully furnished and with its own window, a bathroom with shower cabin, both recently renovated. The bedroom is a romantic double bed \"alcove\", separated from the entrance by a Sardinian curtain and equipped with a built-in wardrobe.

I'm Simonetta Ruju and I created Alguerhome in 2019 after a few years of tourist hospitality experience in Alghero in the "house on the Ramparts", which belonged to my family. I come from the world of music management and marketing and have lived both in Italy and abroad, but I have chosen to work for my land and to go back to being in contact with the sea of the island where I grew up.
I was born in Sardinia in the 70s and today I live between Rome and Alghero. I love to travel and for this reason I wanted to share this passion with all those who want to know this corner of paradise, so autonomous and particular, steeped in Sardinian and Catalan culture. Alghero, in addition to being a tourist city, is a university town, where many Sardinians live and work, its heart is the historic center, animated by ancient and elegant shops, the coral trade and typical restaurants.
Starting from Casa Blu or "house on the Ramparts", I decided to continue the family tradition by investing in two typical studios in the historic center: thus Casa Turchese and Casa Verde were born. On my website you can find the apartment that best fits you but also what to see and do in Alghero and its surroundings, summer activities or cultural events and initiatives throughout the year.
I will be happy to suggest and introduce you to the many aspects and places of northern Sardinia dear to me and help you discover and explore the charm of my island with its wonderful nature and ancient history.

The apartment is equipped with television, washing machine, microwave, little electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are free and unlimited. The flat also offers free sheets and towels with free change every week, hair dryer, a cot for children up to three years and a baby chair free on demand. No lift.
