We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alghero at this spacious and clean apartment, ideally located in the historic area of the city. The view is absolutely stunning, and it was a joy to sit on the terrace and enjoy the pedestrian traffic passing by. There is plentiful street parking outside the ZTL at a very reasonable rate including overnight. We gave up trying to find any free parking. The historic area is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. It really comes alive around 8 pm. We highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Alghero.

Stunning and elegant!

This apartment is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The rooms are large, elegant and uncluttered with high ceilings and tall windows. The vibe is at the intersection of simple and palatial. Big, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room, plus two large bedrooms. Breezy terrace perfect for lounging or meals, and evening sunset viewing. The sounds of the ocean are a constant, and there can be lively street noise (restaurants, music but not cars) until rather late at night, but the windows are effective noise barriers. The owner was easy to reach and responsive. A special place!

beautiful apartment in the most amazing location

we stayed 10 nights and loved being here. Luisa was very helpful with early check in etc. The apartment decor is beautiful very in keeping with the age of the building. It was lovely to step out and be in such a lovely area The view from the balconies is priceless Our only complaints would be the lack of a proper shower,(We understand that the bathroom decor is in keeping with the historic nature of the building but felt that a shower could have been incorporated) and most of all, the fat that in an apartment suitable for 4 people, there is just one lounging chair for the balcony..it's a folding chair so at least a second one could easily have fitted. When on holiday, and on such a beautiful balcony, one should be able to lounge!! I this was rectified, it would be THE perfect apartment

Vue imprenable !

L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. La clim est tres appréciable. Maria Luisa s'est montrée extremement disponible et de bon conseil pour toutes les questions que nous sommes posées. L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener sur les remparts, profiter du centre. La plage du lido est à une petite quinzaine de minutes à pied. Les seuls points noirs ont déjà été évoqués en commentaires : difficulté de se garer (chercher les emplacements marqués en blanc), gestion des poubelles, j'ajouterais le Java bar voisin qui diffuse de la musique un peu fort, mais cela ne nous a jamais empêché de dormir !

UNE VUE IMPRENABLE SUR LA MER

Appartement très bien équipé et bien situé, 2 balcons sur mer (vue sur le coucher de soleil du plus petit), à 700 d'un supermarché et proche d'une petite plage de "galets". La wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour.

La casa del mare

Siamo stati ad Alghero in una settimana di fine luglio ed abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento del centro storico sui bastioni. Dire che ci siamo trovati bene è forse poco perché l'atmosfera che si respira in questa splendida casa è davvero particolare. Praticamente è affacciata con le sue splendide finestre sul mare e sul tramonto che vi assicuro è unico. La casa è curata e a mio gusto elegante ed essenziale, accurati gli accessori in cucina, puliti e areati ed areabili gli ambienti. La chicca per finire è il terrazzino che affaccia sui bastioni e che rende unica la colazione del mattino e la cena della sera.....si è sempre circondati dal mare! Ci tornerei volentieri anche in altre stagioni per rivedere i colori e gustarmi la vista meravigliosa. Gestione arrivo e partenza direi perfetti.

Esperienza indimenticabile

L’appartamento è bellissimo, arredato con gusto e completo di tutto. La vista sul mare è veramente impagabile. Svegliarsi la mattina con il rumore delle onde che si infrangono sugli scogli è qualcosa di magico. La zona è un pochino rumorosa perché ci sono tanti locali ma onestamente una volta chiuse le finestre il tutto rimane ovattato. Durante il ns soggiorno l’unico lato negativo è stato il parcheggio perché è veramente difficile trovarne uno nelle vicinanze…spesso abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare al porto a circa 1 km da casa. Un altra cosa poco piacevole è stata la spazzatura …purtroppo la gestione da parte del servizio comunale è parecchio confusa. Ma per tutto il resto ….nulla da ridire! Vale la pena in tutto e per tutto. La proprietaria è veramente persona squisita e ci ha dato tanti buoni consigli.

Der schönste Balkon Algheros

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen, großzügigen, sehr sauberen Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und schönen doppelflügeligen Kassettentüren. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, den man von den dafür perfekt liegenden Balkonen zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit genießen konnte. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell, die eingebaute Klimaanlage sehr gut. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Leider stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung und man kann auch tatsächlich zum Vorfahren und Be- und Entladen nur bestimmte Uhrzeiten nutzen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Splendida vacanza

Appartamento situato sulle splendide mura del centro storico di Alghero. Casa molto accogliente e comoda con meravigliosa vista sul mare, provvista di tutti i confort necessari per la permanenza. Inoltre la signora Annunziata che ci ha accolto è stata gentile e sempre molto disponibile. Unici lati negativi sono: - l’assenza di un parcheggio privato che comporta la ricerca di uno a pagamento nelle zone limitrofe - assenza di tv - la raccolta differenziata porta a porta che obbliga l’ospite a portare la spazzatura fuori dall’abitazione tra le 06:00 e le 09:00 di mattina ( non il massimo per chi è in vacanza ). Ci riteniamo comunque molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Ci torneremo sicuro

Magnifique vue

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville d’Alghero, la vue sur mer est exceptionnelle, en particulier lors du couché de soleil. L’Appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Merci Beaucoup Luisa

One of my best vacations

I had a unique experience staying in this house. Waking up in the morning with a breathing view in one of the best area of the old town of Alghero will be unforgettable for me and my family. This house is beautiful, essential and clean. Sig.ra Nunziata took good care of us and the owner was always reachable. I can’t wait to be back next year.

Perfekte Lage, Traumhafter Blick

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sie liegt sehr zentral in dem wunderschönen Städtchen Alghero. Das Auto kann bequem auf einem der kostenlosen Parkplätze außerhalb der Innenstadt abgestellt werden. (Man darf mit dem Auto nicht bis vor die Türe fahren, auch nicht zum Ausladen). Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Von dort aus lässt sich auch ganz entspannt der Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten nur große Tassen vermisst. Auch Kochen lässt es sich super mit dem Equipment. Das Bett im Hauptschlafraum ist super bequem. Das Bad ist ein klassisches italienisches Bad, funktionell und in Ordnung. Hier könnte investiert werden. Auf dem Balkon haben wir lediglich einen zweiten Liegestuhl /Chill-Sessel und einen intakten Sonnenschirm vermisst. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Fantastica vacanza di ferragosto ad Alghero

Lejligheden er den perfekte ramme for en skøn ferie. Lejligheden ligger helt centralt, og alle de bedste restauranter ligger i nærheden.

Finalmente sui bastioni

L’appartamento è direttamente sui bastioni e vicinissimo ai parcheggi. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il mare di sottofondo è il top. Appartamento completo in tutto: manca solo la tv, ma siamo ad Alghero sui bastioni, le cose da guardare sono altre.

great location and beautiful views

This has to be the nicest apartment in the historic quarter of Alghero. It had a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and beautiful views from the windows. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the location in the heart of city was steps away from wonderful restaurants and the sites of the historic quarter. The rooms were large and comfortable, loved the modern lighting. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great apartment

Great location and a great apartment. Clean and modern inside with large well equipped kitchen and two good sized bedrooms. Superb air conditioning throughout which is a relief with these scorching temperatures. Two balconies, the main one large enough to eat or just lounge on. On the corner of the Old Town with fantastic sea views. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. I don’t think we could have found a better place in Alghero. Thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay.

Amazing Apartment in Alghero

We have stayed in Alghero three times but the first time in this apartment. To be located in the old town and right on the Mediterranean at the same time was exceptional. The apartment was absolutely perfect for us even with our two year old son, the location made everything very easy to get to as you are right in it. Check in and check out were very simple and communication with Luisa was great. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we come back to Alghero. Thank you Luisa for making everything so easy and enabling us to have a fantastic holiday.

Sun Sea and Light

We enjoyed a week after Easter 2019 in Luisa's beautiful apartment on the Bastioni in Alghero. Tastefully fitted out and furnished with wonderful sea views from the south and west balconies. Everything you need is within walking distance. The Market has great fresh fish and local vegetables, Bar Pasticceria Ciro in Via Sassari for espresso and cakes. We rented bikes for a week and made several excursions to the Lagoon, and Sanctuario Valverde in the spring countryside. Great to come back to a touch of luxury after a full day...

Stilvolle Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Toller Altbau mit stilvollen Elementen wie Doppeltüren, dazu große Fenster und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Der Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ist unübertrefflich. Am Wochenende hört man bei offenem Fenster den Partylärm der Bars in der Umgebung, bei geschlossenem Fenster aber ist das kein Problem. Unter der Woche ruhig.

Great views, shame about the beds

The apartment is wonderfully located, near the old town. Its balcony gives a fantastic, almost private, view across the bay, which is great for watching the sun set on a warm evening. And it very clean, with most of the facilities you want, including a modern kitchen, air-conditioning and double glazing throughout. But, and there is a but, we didn't get a good night's sleep while we were there, because for us the mattresses are just too soft and springy, and give no support. Only one of the beds had bed linen, probably because just two of us were staying in the apartment, so we couldn't use the other bed. And there was only one pillow each and no cushions anywhere. The apartment would benefit from better bedding and more attention to 'creature-comfort'. If it did, we would recommend it highly.
