Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This detached bungalow, newly renovated in 2020, is only ½ mile from sandy beaches and offers pleasant accommodation with a large enclosed sunny garden with views of Happisburgh lighthouse. The large rooms offer cosy and comfortable holiday accommodation for couples, families and friends. The property consists of two large bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. The bright and airy open plan kitchen/dining room offers a well-equipped kitchen along with a dining area with patio doors out onto the garden.
Happisburgh is home to the oldest working lighthouse in the county and the only independently operated lighthouse in the UK. The famous red and white striped lighthouse affords wonderful views of the coast and countryside and in the summer, it is open to visitors on occasional Sundays.
The village offers a shop and a pub serving home cooked food. Half an hours drive away you will find the seaside town of Sheringham which is a traditional town with award-winning family beach, heritage steam railway, a variety of shops selling local produce and many coastal and countryside walks. Nearby you will also find the popular resort of Cromer with sandy beaches perfect for surfing. The city of Norwich is located 20 miles away which offers excellent shopping. Beach 0.3 miles. Shops and restaurants 4 miles, pub 0.3 miles.
