The flat is on the street front of Via Giatti n.13 and is on the ground floor with an independent entrance. Entering we find the living room with a double sofa bed, television with satellite dish, table and kitchenette, consisting of a fridge with freezer, oven, 4 new induction hobs, microwave. Through a corridor, we find 3 rooms; one is a utility room with washing machine, the bathroom with shower and the double bedroom complete, window with mosquito net.
