Very quiet, in a lovely residential area overlooking the whole town. Modern, sleek, fabulous feel with views to the sea from both bedrooms. Private pool with salt water, so it is usable most of the year round. A small projector for screening movies on the white wall. Only 7-8 minutes by foot to the beach, and also to the old town. One minute by car to some great tennis courts!

Die Lage der Liegenschaft ist wunderschön! Die Aussicht auf das Meer einmalig. Die Kommunikation mit Sasha war jederzeit möglich und unkompliziert.

Great infinity pool and appartment. Close to beach and the town. Property owner very communicative and provided good information in his welcome guide email.

Stunning hillside apartment...worth coming just for the beautiful sunsets and the view. The pool is a fantastic feature and was well used! We used the apartment for work and as a holiday place, as it had so much space and was a great size for the 4 of us. Sasha gave us lots of useful local top tips, which beaches to head to and places to eat. Private Parking outside is a bonus, and their is a lovely cool breeze up the hill as it gets pretty hot in the town in Summer. A superb place to call your own home for a week or 2, and their Olive Oil they make is FANTASTIC! Highly recommend

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Pool und Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Nette, ruhig gelegene und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Mückennetzen an den Fenstern, fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über WhatsApp.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly beautiful, and being able to park right at the door was so convenient. Every day we were treated to the most amazing sea views — something we’ll never forget. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool, which made the holiday even more special for all of us. Communication with the owners (from a distance) was quick and friendly, which made everything easy.Castiglione Della Pescaia has such a lovely atmosphere in the evenings, with its lively streets and cozy restaurants. Mornings were made for sipping a perfect cappuccino, and finishing the day with gelato at the end of the main shopping street was our little daily ritual. A place full of charm and memories — we can’t wait to come back!

Piscina e vista valgono le vacanze.Appartamento curato con due bagni moderni e due camere confortevoli.Cucina funzionale, magari qualche accessorio in più.Sasha risponde sempre.Vacanza da sogno e Castiglione bellissima.Consiglio bagno la Valletta con posteggio privato all’ombra.Attenzione: no standard tv quindi portate i-padGrazie ancora a sasha per aver condiviso questo angolo di paradiso

We recently bought this house to be at the seaside so we can spend more time in Italy. we have spent almost 20 years in Maremma and it has become our second home.

Well, the views and the sunsets are the biggest luxury one can ask for! You can often hear the waves very loudly, and we sometimes sleep outside to fully enjoy the stars, the sounds and the smells!
