PROPERTY RULES

To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

REST HOURS: Respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

CAPACITY: Maximum of 10 guests (including children).

GROUP PROFILE: Groups with members under 40 years of age are not admitted.

ANIMALS: Pets are not permitted.

EVENTS: Parties or events are not allowed.

FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (to avoid extra cleaning charges).

Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.



CHECK-IN ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

The SAPvillas team accompanies you at every step for a worry-free stay.

•CHECK-IN AT ACCOMMODATION: Key handover in person between 17:00 and 19:00.

oLate arrivals by appointment with in-person check-in (19:00-23:00: €30 After 23:00: €50).

•CHECK-OUT: by 11:00

•BAGGAGE SERVICE: If you arrive early or leave later, you can store your luggage at our office with complete convenience.



SECURITY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€3000) via secure method, refundable within 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreign and Border Service) It is mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager.

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests from 16 years of age.
