The area is under urban development. There are building works nearing completion in the neighbourhood, so there may be some noise during the day.

In a residential area near the golf course, ideal for those who want to spend a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Vilamoura centre but close to what they need.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events allowed

Groups under the age of 40 are not admitted.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 10 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.



CHECK IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
