An absolute gem

Absolutely fantastic property. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden is lovely and has a trampoline which our son enjoyed. Beds very comfy. Lots of room for our family of 5. We will definitely return.

Lovely place, would definitely return.

Property is lovely and as advertised. The area is beautiful yet very convenient for lots of attractions. Very peaceful home but with good quality modern amenities. Lovely garden and trampoline for the children. Owner lives next door and was excellent. No negatives at all!

We had a perfect stay in a very nice house in a beautiful environment. The host was available if necessary all the time. A tasty bottly of wine as a welcome was highly appreciated.The garden was very large with different possibilities and locations to relax. The house is perfect for four guests.

Very pleasant and clean house

We stayed in the house with three adults and one child for a few relaxing days in Holland. The house offers a lot of comfort, nice bedrooms with good beds. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Contact with our landlord Friso was easy by phone and WhatsApp in English. We will be happy to come back.

Super relaxed, peaceful and clean accommodation in an excellent location. Very kind and helpful host with excellent English. Really helpful when our ferry home was delayed due to storm. Excellent, low hassle communication throughout. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Walks / cycle rides from the door and charming location on the water. Could not fault this choice of where to stay in the Netherlands. Many thanks!

A recommendation

There were five of us at Friso's house and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing! he air conditioning was needed in the bedrooms on warm evenings. A quiet oasis with the possibility to be in Rotterdam and the surrounding area quickly.

Absolutely lovely place, both the house and the garden. The communication with Friso was no problem at all. You should be fit enough for a steep winding staircase though... The surroundings are truly beautiful, perfect for cycling along the Rotte and its windmills. Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft and Gouda are easy to get to, by car, train or metro (get an OV-chipkaard tourist for the latter and park at P&R Rotterdam Alexander for free, in case you come from abroad like us). In short, it's the perfect place for both busy city and quiet country life.

Super netter Gastgeber, mit dem Auto konnten wir schöne Tagesausflüge machen, obwohl sie Treppe ins erste OG steil war, kam unser Kleinkind damit klar. Wie haben in der Unterkunft nichts vermisst.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Man ist recht schnell in Rotterdam, Den Haag oder Gouda. Freizeitparks wie z.B. Efteling sind auch git zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten war besonders schön. Unser Sohn hatte viel Spaß auf dem Trampolin und war begeistert davon. Wir können das Ferienhaus wirklich empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, irgendwann wiederzukommen!

Ein tolles Haus - super Erholung

Das Haus und der sehr schön angelegte Garten haben sehr zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Die Kommunikation mit Friso war sehr nett, er stand bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Nähe zu Rotterdam, Den Haag, Delft, Gouda etc. ermöglicht Ausflüge in diese schönen Städte. Macht aber auch unbedingt Fahrradausflüge, z.B. entlang der Rotte an den sehr gut erhaltenen Windmühlen vorbei. Vor Ort sind 2 Fahrräder vorhaben. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Herrliches Domizil mit sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit jeder Menge Aktivitäten. Die Lage lädt zu Ausflügen nach Rotterdam/Den Haag ein und bietet für Fahrradtouren eine tolle Infrastruktur! Das Ferienhaus und insbesondere auch die Terrasse mit Block auf die Rotte haben uns super gefallen. Der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war ebenfalls hervorragend 😊! Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Gegend

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie liegt direkt am Wasser, ist aber eingezäunt, so dass man mit Kindern keine Angst haben muss. Die Kinder haben das Trampolin sehr geliebt, ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, um die Städte in der Umgebung zu besuchen, alles nur ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden, wenn wir noch mal in die Gegend fahren, wieder hier buchen.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Von uns bekommt das Ferienhaus 5 Sterne, denn wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für entspannte und abwechslungsreiche Urlaubstage mit der Familie. Der wunderschöne Garten bietet viel Platz und die Lage am Wasser macht es zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art. Egal, ob man die nähere Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkunden will, die holländischen Metropolen Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Den Haag und Utrecht besuchen möchte, idyllische Städtchen wie Gouda, Dordrecht und Breda kennenlernen möchte oder lieber Meer und Strand genießt. Hier ist man genau richtig. Der Vermieter Friso ist supernett, gut erreichbar und erledigt Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf's nächste Mal.
