When you stay at this house, you will meet one of the kindest host on this app that you will ever meet. The house is amazing. The location is amazing. The trees and the gardening around the property is awesome.! I have been going to Rincon for many years and this is one of the few places I've stayed where I felt safe, leaving a surfboard on top of my car. This place is great because it takes you out of the hustle and bustle of being directly in town yet it's close enough to town that it's amazingly convenient. I will be coming back to stay with. Lordes again and can't wait.!!

Hostile Host

The air conditioning isn't cooling. The bathroom shower has no pressure and water sprays everywhere except down. The internet isn't working. The host tried to get into the apartment at midnight to replace the shower. Since I told her it was too late for that, she left the shower outside the apartment for us to replace it. Although we tried, the shower was broken and it couldn't be replaced. On the third date, the HOST promised to send a technician to fix the air conditioning, but he never arrived. At 5:45 a.m., she texted me and sent photos of a fan she had left outside for me to bring into the apartment. At that time, I had been without air conditioning and internet for three days. The HOST stopped communicating after the third day and was no longer answering calls or messages. (Stayed 8 days). Checkout was scheduled for 12:00 PM (it says so in the VRBO email) but at 11:00 AM four police officers showed up with eviction papers. It was the WORST experience of my life.

Lourdes' place is extremely comfortable. She kept an eye out for our safety, which we appreciated. The property is very quaint. We recommend her and her property.

Just PERFECT!!

Lourdes was a fabulous host…couldn’t be more accommodating! Property is extremely orderly and appointed with everything needed… clean, spacious and very comfortable.. would definitely choose again!!!

Everything was OUTSTANDING!!!

Great spot

The owner was the best! She was helpful during every step and even went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is great too. Not too far from the action of town and the beaches and far enough to feel like you are off the beaten path. Its pretty perfect.

BEWARE: NO AC, very hot!

I arrived to find a comfortable and clean unit. It was a little difficult to find at first. When we arrived we realized that the u it has NO AC. Puerto Rico is hot, this u til is built on the top of a house with little to no insulation as the houses have flat roofs. I contacted the host who gave me a difficult time because she states the u it is advertised as NO AC. This is NOT TRUE! My wife immediately took a screen shot of description and no mention of NO AC. She was difficult and refused to provide a refund or credit. It did not make a big deal because the loss of one night was not worth the headache. We quickly spring into action and found a hotel room available for triple the one night stay. I had no choice! AC is a MUST in hot tropical climate. Lesson: ASK ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BOOK.
