Great location

Condo was exactly as listed. Cold ac in bedrooms and rest of unit comfortable. Made use of balcony every day and beach stuff was a huge plus. Grocery store convenient and excursions were fun. Horseback riding on the beach and snorkeling made for a fun week getaway. Carlos was very helpful with a couple of things even though it was very late at night. All in all would highly recommend!

Condo on the beach!

Loved the location! What an amazing view to wake up to and watch the sunsets. Pool was great and we felt like we had our own private beach. Cannot wait to stay again!

Amazing beach and location!

This property was amazing for a family of four, with two young girls (3 and 6). The pool, almost private beach, and location in Rincon were all perfect for our stay! Would love to come back.

Overall the listing is accurate. Property had everything we needed. Steps from the beach and access to private pool. Oceanfront patio provided beautiful view of the sunset every night. Do recommend.

Relaxing spot with awesome view

Amazing views and relaxing waves sound. Everything you need for a relax vacations. Very attentive and responsive host. It is my second stay at this place and really love it.

Perfect location to Beach & Pool

Self check in is easy and convenient for your travel plans. The apartment is in a very nice location steps from a calm, beautiful beach. Lots of beach items are provided by the owner including an umbrella sandcastle toys, chairs, etc. We left styrofoam coolers. Carlos responded in a timely manner when we had issues with the TV or other issues. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Spot

The condo is very comfortable and the view couldn't be better! The location is convenient to town, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We found that it had everything we needed - from beach chairs and an umbrella to a well-stocked kitchen. The washer/dryer is a nice bonus. We contacted Carlos on our first day for a minor issue and he replied promptly and took care of the issue easily. I think we have found our winter getaway!

Stella was Stellar! Loved this condo!

The first thing you see when you walk in: that amazing view of the Caribbean Sea! We sat on the balcony, enjoying coffee and looking out at that beautiful water, spotted at times with little boats or paddleboarders -- a lovely start to the day. Some nights, we would make dinner (great kitchen set-up/plenty of cookware, serving pieces, plates, cups, etc.) and dine al fresco on the balcony, looking at the stars and listening to the waves hitting the shoreline (right below!) The beach next to the condo is a treasure! Just steps until you're in 80 degree, clear water ... incredible snorkeling right there! We saw whales !!!) the first day we arrived; one teenager used a boogie board and fishing pole only about 15 feet out to catch fish. We met so many nice people right there on the beach! I love the way that the condo is in the middle of a neighborhood, too, with some really creative and cute houses and residents to meet and talk to. And there's a wonderful park/sports/recreation complex only about a 10-minute walk from the condo that has a robust morning pickleball and tennis activity, too. In short, the place felt more like a home away from home (with dream views and weather) than a resort. The condo has everything you need, whether you stay for days or weeks. And Carlos was super quick to respond to the few questions we had. Would highly recommend! We've already booked for next year!

Great place and great host

The photos of the property don’t do it justice! I looks like it has been recently remodeled with new interior paint and top notch appliances. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The washer and dryer are a nice feature. The view from the balcony is spectacular, especially the sunsets. Also great views from the wrap around window in the master bedroom. It is about 50 from the water with the pool in between. There is a nice private beach steps away. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys. Our host, Carlos, was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any of our questions. He also recommended restaurants and let us know about the cool Artisan Fair on Thursday nights. He also provided a welcome gift of Puerto Rican Coffee and and some breakfast bars so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately after our arrival. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again.

Locked out

Travelling all day, arriving in the dark, with very clear directions about keys in outside lock box, we were unhappy to find that the key to get us inside this building had been broken in half. Of course it did not work. (Who put it in the lockbox, could they not see it wouldn't work?) It was good that Carlos did immediately answer his phone, and that he speaks English, but it was not good that he assured us that someone would let us in in five minutes. Apparently he imagined that other residents would come home and be so kind (and trusting) as to let us in, but on a Thursday night, in fact not another soul appeared. By the time Carlos finally sent someone (his employee?) to give us a key, we had been standing outside with our suitcases for almost two hours, texting our friends to ask if we could sleep on their couch. Inside the condo, it was fine. But the broken key was Carlos's responsibility and his response to our situation was far too slow.

Rincón 8-10

It was definitely more than expected. The view was so beautiful to watch from the balcony, or the angled views from the bedrooms. The apartment was well stocked from the kitchen items, to bath and beach towels, beach chairs and even playing cards or dominoes. Carlos was even better host as he was there with answers to any questions we might have. My only regret is that we booked only one week and we wished we had booked two weeks instead. Okay next time we will.
