Tucked above Victoria Place and accessed via granite steps, Artists Harbour sits in an elevated position overlooking the harbour. As you move up through the house, the views become increasingly panoramic — light-filled, ever-changing and undeniably special.

You’re moments from the harbour, beaches, shops, galleries and restaurants, yet perfectly placed to retreat and relax at the end of the day.

LIVING & DINING

You enter the cottage on the first floor, into a welcoming kitchen and dining space featuring stripped wooden floors, original artwork and soothing coastal tones.

The kitchen is well equipped for relaxed self-catering and includes:

Coffee machine

From here, stairs lead down to the lower bedroom level and up to the living space above.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Artists Harbour sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, arranged over multiple floors:

TOP FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM
A stunning super king bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and simply magical harbour views — the ultimate place to wake up slowly and soak in the scenery.

SECOND FLOOR BUNK ROOM
Ideal for children, this room has its own WC and wash basin and sits on the same level as the living room.

GROUND FLOOR SUPER KING BEDROOM
This room can be set up as a super king or twin (two 3ft singles joined together) and is located next to the family bathroom, which has a bath with shower over.

All bed linen and fluffy white towels are provided throughout the cottage.

LIVING ROOM WITH A VIEW

The second floor living room is where the harbour really comes into its own. Decorated to reflect the age and character of the cottage while embracing soft coastal colours, this is a calm, comfortable space to unwind, watch the boats drift by and listen to the sounds of St Ives life below.

OUTDOOR PRACTICALITIES

At the rear of the property, there is a back door and outdoor area where sandy feet, wetsuits and paws can be rinsed before heading inside — ideal after beach days just moments away.

BEACHES & EXPLORING

From Artists Harbour you can easily walk to:

St Ives Harbour Beach (seconds away)

Porthmeor Beach, perfect for surfing and sunset watching

Porthminster Beach, calm and sheltered, ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking

Beach cafés, coffee spots, galleries and shops are all within a few minutes’ stroll, making it easy to explore St Ives entirely on foot.

PARKING

The cottage includes one allocated parking space at St Ives Rugby Club, approximately a 20-minute uphill walk from the property. Guests are welcome to unload near Island Square or The Wharf before parking.

During peak weeks, a regular shuttle bus runs between the Tate St Ives and the car park (around £1.50 per journey). Guaranteed parking is a real bonus in St Ives, particularly during busy summer months.

DOG FRIENDLY

Up to two well-behaved dogs are very welcome.

Pet fee: £50 per pet per week

We ask that dogs:

Bring their own beds, towels and crate (if used)

Are not allowed upstairs or on furniture

Please let us know their breed, age — and name — when booking.
