Stylish One Bedroom Apartment is located at only 1 km from the spectacular Kotor Old Town and 10 minutes ride by car to Perast. It features a very well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, secure parking, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and comfortable bed. It is located in a quiet residential area with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the neighborhood. The swimming pool with loungers, towels and BBQ are only a few steps from the apartment.

Good location for exploring Kotor

Property was as advertised. Great air conditioning and pool given the extreme heat conditions experienced during our stay. Kitchen is a little tight but adequate and could do with the addition of a toaster, but we could use the oven for this. Overall great value!

Not exactly what i excepted from the description

The property was fairly easy to find and the host communicated several times prior to our arrival. Apartment parking is not very easy at the property as you have to reverse in at an angle on a hill. Small car necessary. Apartment is very small. Bed ok though not the most comfortable. Very small bathroom but shower was good. Absolutely useless to cook anything the cooker moves and no surface area to cook. Luckily the area has many restaurants all good and atm reasonably priced, but no you wont be fooking anything in this apartment. No info at the property for useful info which would help. Pool not heated and very cold and sun loungers are only good for part of the day though no room to walk around them. Disappointed ib the accommodation, the area looking out is jit oretty and not at all like google maps either! Position is just outside Kotor and is good but also kept awake by local dogs at night!

We are Macic family, leading the Square Point apartments as part of our plan of healthy and sports life, combining business with tennis, water sports, good living, healthy food etc. My sons and me, with my wife, are often going for boat rides, fishing including our friends, making that moments extraordinary, and remembering. As sports family we are introduced in tennis sport, leading our tennis club "TC Macho" . Both my sons are participating in many tennis tournaments from younger age to the senior team, and now leading the school of tennis at our tennis courts. We will do our best to make our guests filling great, relaxed and very pleasant stay wishing to come back in our apartment’s in the coming years .
