The House:
The Space: Our place can accommodate up to 12 people.
King size bedroom located on the second floor with its private bathroom is equipped with 10" memory foam mattress, 43" flat screen TV with cable.
Queen size bedroom is located on the first floor with a full bathroom right beside the bedroom is equipped with 10" memory foam mattress, 42" flat screen TV and cable.
2 more bedrooms are located on the second floor, each has 2 full/double size bed with 10"memory foam mattress, 42" flat screen TV and table.
The second floor also has a full size bathtub bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen!!

Living room with a full sofa and 55" flat screen smart TV, surround sound system and cable.

Enjoy your own pool with an entertainment area and child safety pool fence. Pool heater available for additional cost ($30/day - minimum of 2 days)

Lovely Holiday Home

Simone's house is in a great location, close to all amenities and the parks. The pool is wonderful and the house is a perfect holiday home.

Nice house but smaller than expected and could use some work

The house was fine but needed some work. The ceiling started leaking due to a faulty AC and the house is a bit worn. Overall it was fine but would not book gain. The host was very responsive and nice though. No complaints there.

Good location, clean home

We stayed for a week with our family of six, including two teens and two elementary kids. The kids loved the decor in the upstairs bedrooms. They rooms are tight, but everyone appreciated having their own full size bed. The living room/kitchen/dining area was much smaller than I expected, but it was fine for our needs since we basically just used it as a home base while exploring. The pool was small, but the younger kids had a great time splashing around and when we all wanted to swim, we went to the community pool which was beautiful. We paid to have the pool heated, but it never got as hot as I had asked for, though it was still comfortable to swim with the hot daytime temps. We enjoyed the walking path around the lake. The home provides minimal supplies, so plan on bringing or buying laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags if you are there for long. The quality of provided supplies wasn't great. The pool towels were not absorbent at all and just moved water around... they felt like they came from the dollar store. The provided bath towels were great, so we ended up using those instead. The pillows on all of the beds were really thin and flat and even my young kids complained about it. There were no seasonings in the house to cook with, so plan to bring everything (even salt and pepper as we brought back some packets from a restaurant just to have something there). There are no washcloths at the house and no hot pads either.

perfect for our family!

property was immaculately clean, and all pictures were accurate. Having our own pool was amazing and the short walk to the clubhouse and large pool was so convenient! All amenities were as described and working. Close to Disney, Universal and every type of store we needed. My family enjoyed every minute of it. we would definitely return and recommend.

Disney stay!!

Close to the parks we were visiting!! Personal pool was a plus.. Only recommendation would be to have tile flooring deep cleaned/mopped well every so often..

Great location, property needs some TLC

Location is great. This property is a bit dated and could use a hardgoods refresh in the main living area. Silverware and plates has dried food on them that don’t come off when they were washed last. The downstairs toilet needs to be fixed as it fills oddly and made a weird noise. Upstairs toilet seat was loose and moved around when you sat on it. The pool is a great amenity and the kids had a fun time enjoying it. Location is great and the big pool is lots of fun and the zero entry feature is great. The upstairs rooms were great and the kids loved the theme of Encanto and the Mario brothers. On our last morning we saw a cockroach which seems to be a problem in this area. Overall: A nice older rental area that is showing its age and needs some TLC.

Getting out of Wisconsin

Enjoyed our stay. House was a short walk around the pond to the clubhouse/bar/clubhouse pool. Drinks and food at the clubhouse were good! House was well stocked with kitchen items, although could have used a pizza cutter. Just used a knife, no biggy. Pool was nice for us, although if we had utilized all the bedrooms with people, the outdoor space would maybe have gotten a little crowded. We were 3 adults. There was bedroom space for kiddoes, but maybe not so much space if you have to spend a lot of time indoors with them. But for purposes of sleeping and using it a as base to explore other places, great.

Great house, great location!

There’s always a sense of trepidation when you book a home for a group of people. This place lived up to its hype with ONE exception. Two of the three showers didn’t work correctly. That was our only issue albeit, a frustrating one. We had several women staying in the house all attending a conference and the ability to get ready quickly was hampered by the shower issues. We spoke to the local property manager who sent a maintenance guy but he couldn’t replace the shower heads without owner approval first which meant we had to “make it work”. I really wish that could’ve been fixed right away. The amenities, ease of checkin/checkout, cleanliness, location and decor were superb! There’s even a path around the lake where you can get a early morning or late night walk in. Thank you for the beautiful home for a fraction of the cost of a typical Orlando hotel. We’ll recommend this place, be back, and hopefully we’ll have 3 working showers next time! 😉

amazing trip. Would love to stay again

Everything went very smoothly. We were nervous the pool water would not be warm enough in September without the heater but the water was perfect. We stayed 2 nights and went to disney. Short, quick drive. Close to walmart, and many stores/ food. Would definitely stay here again. We had 6 adults and a toddler and everyone was very happy with our stay!

Overall, a great stay!

Great house and a great stay! The house is clean and fashionable decorated. In no fault to the owner of the property-the trash containers are located right outside the front door and flys were swarming around it. Every time we opened the door, more flys would come into the house. WiFi was also inconsistent.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful. We did have a problem with getting trash bags but did eventually get them. There aren't enough washcloths, but we took care of that. Kids had a great time in the pool.
