Adventureland is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom executive home which has been completely remodeled. The 5 bedrooms consist of:

-TWO master KING en-suites downstairs

-ANIMAL KINGDOM bunk bed room downstairs with actual Animal Kingdom lodge twin bunk bed with full size crib and a Bath.

-ARIEL/ Little Mermaid THEME bedroom with two twin beds upstairs with Bathroom.

-STAR WARS THEME bedroom with two twin beds upstairs with Bathroom.

Disney touches have been placed throughout to make your stay feel magical! This home is on Daulby Street and is a quick walk to the clubhouse pool and amenities. This home is in a 24/7 guarded and gated community- 5 minutes to highway 192 with plenty of restaurants, stores, Super WalMart and activities. Our homes are so unique with so many extra features like no other Windsor Hills homes. We constantly upgrade our homes and have put well over $180,000 into this one property.

DO YOU FEEL OVERWHELMED looking at all of the Disney rental properties available? Too many to choose? They look the same? This home is exactly as the photos show you can also see our other homes to see our quality standards. You can trust the cleanliness, upgrades and extras. We use the most expensive management team that is on call during your stay and who ensures the house and everything in it is kept clean and refreshed after and before every stay. This "Adventureland" home has your own screened-in pool and spa with child safety fence and door pool alarm (not standard) for EXTRA SAFETY and other thoughtful details of home, baby and toddler equipment, nothing missed!

This home will be continually upgraded. The owners and their children are from the US and also use this home often so you can trust it will be cared for. In addition, the community amenities are meticulously maintained and include a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, new waterslides, amazing splash pad, heated zero-entry pool, heated spa, movie theater, arcade, fitness room, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, walking trails and putting greens.

1. Is the pool and spa heat extra?
NO, the pool and spa is complementary and set to 86 for pool and 103 for spa.

2. Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, both bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

3. Does the pool have a child safety fence?
Yes, the pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. We also have a pool slider alarm for extra child safety.

4. Does the Villa have WIFI?
Yes, the Villa is equipped with complimentary high speed Wifi.

5. Is there a coffee maker?
Yes, the Kitchen has a Keurig K-Cup machine as well as a drip coffeemaker.

6. What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, soap and toilet paper. But we are unique and offer full stay supply of garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwashing tabs.

7. Is smoking allowed in the Villa or by the Pool?
No, smoking is NOT allowed in the Villa or by the Pool. Only in front of house by road please.

8. Are Pets allowed?
No, Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. We cater to high allergy repeat guests daily.

9. What are the times for Check-In and Check-Out?
Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out is 10:00 a.m.

10. Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Yes, Windsor Hills permits a maximum of three cars per Villa.

11. Does the Villa have baby equipment?
Yes, the Villa is equipped with a high chair, pack and play, bed guards and a stroller.

12. Is there a BBQ Grill?
Yes we offer a free Weber BBQ grill for guest use.

We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and more). The pool area felt really private, which made it easy to relax, and our kids loved watching movies out on the pool deck each night. The arcade room was also a huge hit for our whole family.We did have one small issue with the hot tub not heating, but maintenance responded quickly and had it fixed within a couple of hours, which we really appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you for a memorable family trip!

Exceeded Expectations!

First of all, prior to our arrival, communication with Kristy was excellent! The house is so nice and spacious! We were able to truly make it feel like a home away from home! There are plenty “extras” (like the nice Keurig, kitchen accessories, etc) that help make your experience even better. We have stayed at “on Disney resort” properties, we have also stayed at other resort condos (apartment-style), but we are now spoiled and will be return customers!

This home was stocked with everything that we could ask for and everything that we needed. Decor and essentials were top notch. Host, Kristy Laney, was very accommodating and quick to respond whenever my daughter had a question or needed information of any kind. We will be returning early 2027 and will look no further than Kristy's fabulous homes to make our Disney family vacation a wonderful experience!

Perfect quiet retreat from Disney fun

We loved staying at Adventureland! This is the first time we were not disappointed with a vacation rental and got what we were expecting. I look at hundreds and read even more reviews before booking and it seems I’m usually disappointed to some degree on the cleanliness of the place. I’m very picky. This place was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Kids loved the arcade games, loved having 2 washers and dryers, so nice to have our own pool and hot tub (there was an issue that developed after we arrived but Kristy spared no expense to have someone out asap so that we would have a heated pool). Everything you could need in the kitchen and so nice there were garbage bags and dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, etc provided. Also use of the grill. Most places charge more for those things. We enjoyed our stay and Kristy was very responsive before and during our stay. We would book with her again if traveling to Orlando in the future! Clubhouse has lots to offer and nice peaceful neighborhood.

This was our second time staying at this house. Everything was perfect. Plenty of space for our family. Game room is awesome!! The hot tub wasn’t heating up the first night however after contacting the manager- it was fixed right away! There is nothing bad to say about this house. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Family House

This house had everything we needed for our stay - 7 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to watch a movie together on the couch. We loved the pool and game room. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the washer and the one arcade game. Great location too! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great house and location! We are a family of 5 adults and one child, age 11. Everyone had space and a bathroom of their own. The house is clean and has a lot of amenities that other rental houses don't have. We loved the game room and the pool. The spa heat worked great. We loved the dining table and lounge chairs by the pool. We enjoyed the community pool at Windsor Hills and the location to Disney is perfect. The host is very quick with responses and help. We go almost every year to Disney so we have stayed in several different houses and would stay in this house (or another from this host) again.

Amazing vacation stay!

This house is AMAZING! We traveled with two teenagers and a toddler and all 3 had a blast!! The layout of the house was perfect to give everyone space, the rental exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and availability of necessity items, the pool/hot tub space was perfect for relaxing and dinner in the evenings and the game room was a huge hit! We stay in Windsor hills every year for our families Disney vacation. Great house - Clean - Great layout for a multi family trip. Outside tv, and game room was a massive plus for having 5 little ones with us.

Great location - excellent accommodations

The place was immaculate when we entered. We picked this property instead of several others in the same development because we thought the kids (8 & 12) would love the game room; the adults got way more use out of it than the kids. We came for Disney - the location was fantastic!

Rest, recovery and run to Disney! This is the place to be!

The owners hospitality and welcoming vibe kicked off our stay in such a relaxing, stress free way. The home was undeniably one of the cleanest, coolest and comfiest homes we’ve stayed in while on our Disney Adventures in the last 3 years. Their communication is top notch and there was never a moment of uncertainty which for us, is key! We wanted to get away, Disney Dive in and not think about much else and we were a let to have that experience! Thank you! We will be sure to be back!

Home is beautiful with all of the amenities you will need. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is perfect size for a family and outdoor space is comfortable and convenient. Close to anything you need for supplies. Easy travel to Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again.

We have always loved Disney and we come often because family vacation time is crucial to us. We started looking at properties near Disney in 2018 and fell in love with the location, amenities, convenience and security of the Windsor Hills Resort community. We now have 8 properties in Windsor Hills.

Like many of you looking to rent, we looked at many Windsor Hills private houses and fell in love with the condition and special upgrades added to this house. Many other properties are very worn from years of rentals and no upgrades. Within a month of seeing this property we bought it to vacation with our family and to share with others with the same passion to spend quality time in the "MOST MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH." At "Adventureland" we say "WELCOME HOME" and our top priority is to ensure your stay is memorable in every way! Thank you for visiting and we hope to hear from you soon!
