The York Road apartments are in a modern, select development, ideally located close to Newbury town centre, only 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations plus all the amenities of the town.
The spacious apartment is situated on the second floor and is appointed with an open-plan living / dining and kitchen space, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, second bedroom, family bathroom and an allocated parking space.
This light and airy apartment also benefits from central heating, high speed wi-fi, Smart TVs to living room and master bedroom and a sofa-bed (which can occasionally accommodate a further guest).
The kitchen is fully equipped with washer / dryer, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven plus gas hobs, microwave and a full range of cooking utensils.
