SplashRock Villa es una villa independiente, moderna en el interior de aspecto rústico en el exterior Villa. Con una hermosa playa decore "loft" dormitorio. Ubicado en la comunidad segura y cerrada del complejo Sunshine Village en West End Road, Negril Westmoreland. Estamos ubicados en Negril, también tenemos una cocina completamente equipada, una hermosa ducha / baño, sala de estar / comedor, lavadora / secadora, aire acondicionado nuevo, ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana, WiFi, estéreo Bluetooth / reproductor de CD , Cámaras de vigilancia. SplashRock Villa se complementa con la mejor vista al mar y un patio privado en el complejo, perfecto para disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol con vista al mar Caribe mientras toma una buena bebida fría o un café por las mañanas. Nuestra Villa duerme cómodamente 4 personas y también tenemos un futón de tamaño queen en el nivel inferior. Todo en esta unidad tiene un estilo moderno. SplashRock Villa se encuentra arriba del complejo del pueblo soleado. Con 32 unidades, ubicadas de manera única sobre el centro comercial, tenemos una variedad de servicios como piscina, estacionamiento gratuito, cajero automático, consultorio médico, recuerdos, farmacia, cambio, supermercado Hi-Lo, salón y más, todo lo que necesita en unos pocos A pasos de la Villa. Sunshine Village tiene seguridad las 24 horas. Sehr laut, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer sehr lauten und viel befahreren Straße, die lauten Autos und Motorräder sowie die Bässe der Sportsbar hört man innen sehr laut, da die Fenster undicht sind. Die Ausstattung der Küche besteht aus Geschirr, Besteckresten und sollte dringend erweitert werden. Das Wasser im Bad und Küche läuft nur wie ein Rinnsal. Die umgebende Wohnanlage wurde nie fertiggestellt, besteht teilweise aus Ruinen.Mellody hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Der VRBO- Support ist eine Katastrophe, extrem unflexibel.

This location was a cute loft bedroom with a small kitchen. Outdoor patio was nice to sit at for breakfast. The building is under renovation and will be very pretty when done but had a lot of construction debris/trash when we stayed. There is a grocery store supposed to open up on the property. Otherwise there was one nearby along with fast food snd other small restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very responsive and helped us arrange tours and transfers.

Unforgettable stay in Negril!

My partner and I stayed here for 9 days and had a great time. This property was clean, safe, and quiet. The check-in process was straightforward with the lockbox and keys, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The decor was vibrant and welcoming. We spent many nights on the patio enjoying the refreshing breeze, accompanied by occasional rain or the sound of people passing by on motorbikes. Waking up and gazing out of the loft at the beautiful Caribbean Sea was simply breathtaking. The washer/dryer combo was useful since we changed and showered frequently. Since the dryer setting took a couple of rounds to fully dry, the clothesline served as a great back-up. There are several storefronts and restaurants on and near the property, with a grocery store in walking distance for all your essentials. We cooked frequently in the well-supplied kitchen. We drove our own car, and parking in the lot was convenient, with security guards present every evening. There is construction happening on the property, but it didn't bother us as we only heard it when we were outside walking to the car. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to stay here again!

Good!

Overall, the stay was good. Property was exactly as described. Pretty clean, good aircon, good wifi, good location. Quick communication from the hosts. The construction workers did stare a lot... if I had been staying there alone I would have felt quite nervous so I just wouldn't suggest to solo women until the work is done (but they're putting in a starbucks downstairs so that will be convenient eventually!) The noise they made was not bothersome at all. Couldn't hear it from the apartment.

Wow!!!Wow!!!Wow!!!! Melody is AWESOME and so responsive. A breath of fresh air. She rocks!!!! The Villa was great the balcony view terrific. A little issue with water pressure but Mellody was on it quick. Location is nice being next to grocery store the only complaint is noise from traffic but we adjusted to it quickly. Definitely would stay again at this Villa

Beautiful condo, great location, quick walk to beach, spectacular view of sea, wonderful host!

I had a wonderful time staying at at this apartment. For the past few months leading up to my reservation, Mellody has been so helpful and responds SO QUICKLY ! When I arrived, she checked in with me via Whats App and had the security guard come introduce himself to me. Mellody is a generous and courteous host . I will definitely be staying here again!

Heart of Everything

This location is very close to beach access....so close you can see and hear the waves. It's a true local experience location...evenwith with a grocery store right down the stairs and taxi drivers (howeverwe walked alot). The apartment is clean. decorated to give good vibes and fully equipped. Mellody is a great host..heartfelt and accommodating: from day of booking she was in quick contact and even set up our airport transportation. Definitely recommend if you want the non-resort experience!

The property and room were spotless, with all amenities. I loved the view and the porch. The clothesline was put to good use. Somethings took days to figure out and how to operate them. Hot/ cold water valve, tv/ cable, safe. Mellody was always there to answer and help with any concerns. I would definitely recommend this villa, especially #24 to my family and friends

Wonderful stay at Splashrock villa in Negril! View of the ocean, cute roomy place, air conditioning and all amenities you could need, even snorkeling gear and yoga mats! Everything is clearly labeled by the thoughtful owner and she responds extremely quickly to any concerns you may have. We were there for NYE and could watch the fireworks from seven mile beach directly from our balcony, where we would also eat breakfast before our short walk to seven mile beach. Lovely! Its a gated community and you feel very safe. Highy recommend!

I dont even know where to begin . . The villa was everything and more that i was expecting . It was super clean and had everything i needed . . Its in a perfect spot, stunning views and really quiet considering the road outside . . It was in easy reach of the town and beach . Mellody was super helpful in my build up to my stay and answered all my questions , she even organised the sun lol . . I am already looking to rebook for next year , i cant imagine staying anywhere else in jamaica . . Mellody thankyou so much . One love

My husband is In love with Jamaica and the culture and the music, he is also a radio disc jockey . His dream was to always own a piece of Jamaica so this Villa is our first start of his dream and we are excited to share it with you.

SplashRock Villa is unique modern and comfortable on the inside and have a rustic look on the outside. it have a lovely island feel and the ocean breeze you couldn't want more than that for a nice private vacation home. You will feel like your on vacation but still interacting with locals and tourist it don't get better than that. What's the best way to enjoy Jamaica? It is to explore the island, food, music and the culture with locals in Jamaica you will defiantly have the best experience just make shore you are street wise don't be over friendly.

We have a char cole grill on the patio please ask and also a washer/dryer combo for our guest . New AC, Ceiling fan,Nice Chandelier, full kitchen, bathroom with modern class shower etc . If you're staying with us for a week or longer and need additional housekeeping please let me know. Housekeeping will be for and additional cost. Or go ahead and contact my housekeeper.
