Best Accommodation and Host Hospitality!

This accommodation was like being: "at home away from home". It was exquisitely furnished with all 'home comforts' and functional mod cons. Set in a bright, light and secure neighborhood, the location was perfect for access to the beaches and shops. The Property manager was extremely helpful in providing information about local services, friendly, professional, and was compassionate, in allowing us to remain an extra night at short notice, plus allowed us to accommodate extra family guests displaced due to storm Beryl. Throughout our scheduled and extended stay, she remained in contact with us over the storm period, to ensure we were comfortable, safe and well. I would stay again and highly recommend this beautiful 2 bed villa that accompanies high quality, local access to services/entertainment, off street parking and excellent customer service.

A home away from home

Very comfortable and equipped with everything. A short drive to the pool and beach. The pool and beach exceeded our expectations, quite beautiful and quiet. Loved the location of the property, but you really do need a car if you want to be able to get groceries, go to dinner, etc. We only did one or two excursions but we used the car every day.

Misleading Listing

The property was advertised and shown on the VRBO map as being located at the south end of 7-Mile Beach. It is NOT. It is in fact north of where 7-mile beach even begins. It is in a remote gated community along a barren stretch of road, close to no amenities or stores and with only a very small and rocky beach in a small enclosed bay - it is the polar opposite of 7-Mile Beach. Perhaps this kind of experience might be what some people are looking for, but it was not what my family wanted and not what we thought we had reserved as the listing is explicitly misleading as to the location. We were supposed to stay a week, but we left after the second night. We lost two days of our vacation to this unexpected disruption and we ended up paying a premium to book something else last minute in a desirable location on 7-mile beach. It then took 3-4 weeks longer to get the host to process the refund that she agreed was due for having advertised the location inaccurately. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt in circumstances like this, but she has not yet updated the listing - the map still shows it in a different location than it actually is. Its hard not to think she is being intentionally misleading…

Safe, Beautiful and Relaxing

The property was fantastic! Comfy beds. Very clean and homey feeling. Quick access to the private beach and pool area. Neighbors were very helpful and friendly! This was my first Vrbo experience and it was a very smooth transaction overall. This was also my first time in Jamaica and I want to thank Valerie for making it such a lovely experience. And Ms. Marvetta our cleaning was wonderful also. Thanks for the great memories! We look forward to making many more with our girls in years to come.

Summers Dream was the cherry on top of an already amazing resort vacation to Negril, Jamaica. My guests and I had the pleasure of staying at this home oasis for the last two days of our Jamaica trip. Ms. Valerie and Ms. Marvetta/Bud were kind and accomodating hosts. The home and complex are beautiful. The pool and private beach were amazing! I definitely plan to return to this home away from home.

We didn't know what to expect as this was our first time in Jamaica. We felt very safe within the gated community. The apartment itself was very safe and clean. It also had all the appropriate kitchen supplies needed for cooking.

Paradise 2.0

My husband and I were so pleased with our accommodations. The owner was professional and she was available for all of our questions. The property manager met us at the property and gave us a thorough orientation. The place was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and the rest of Negril. We recommend this property without hesitation.

A cozy stay

The house is in a beautifully landscaped, quiet neighborhood and I felt secure in the gated community. The hospitality was great. The house was clean, comfortable and just the right size we needed. It’s short walk to the pool and private beach. You’ll need a rental car to get around or make sure you budget taxi fare into your trip, nothing’s in walking distance. I would stay again and definitely recommend this property.

Peaceful and lovely stay

Valerie was a wonderful host. I never met her but she helped me so much before we even got to Jamaica. She helped us secure a driver from Montego Bay to the property, made sure we had a baby bed, and arranged someone to greet us at the door. She answered all my questions promptly. The property was clean and had everything we needed, including snorkeling gear, tennis equipment, washer/dryer, and even Red Stripe in the fridge. The Little Bay Country Club is beautifully designed and a great location for families. It’s totally safe with friendly staff and a mix of tourists, expats, and locals living there. The pool is clean and gorgeous and shallow for kids. The private beach is lovely and clean. The club is about an 8-10 minute drive from the beautiful 7 Mile Beach. We would stay here again. Great Property!

We made a good decision when we chose that property. Peaceful, quiet, safe surroundings. Close enough to get to the beaches, restaurants, etc., easily and quickly, but away from the hustle and bustle. Valerie was very helpful in her suggestions for great places to eat. The housekeeper was very gracious. Didn't mind us calling her for information. The security guards were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Summer 2023 at Summers Dream

This property and facilities were just perfect! I had easy access to the property manager and housekeeper - both warm and friendly people. The kitchen had all utensils etc we needed - my son is a chef :-) The living area was cool, comfy and breezy - lovely Caribbean breeze which was helped by the standing fans and windows. The bedrooms had powerful air-conditioning units. I'm a runner - I was able to do a great 5K run every morning with spectacular views of Bloody Bay and the Negril beaches at the top of the small incline/hill. The community is gated so I felt safe while out on my run. It felt like the beach on our property was my own personal paradise because we were often the only ones there...sparkling turquoise water!! The staff at the beach were friendly and professional. This whole holiday experience was simply AWESOME!! Thank you Valerie and Marvetta - I hope to be back soon!!!

Convenient and Comfortable

Amazing vacation!

Great Trip

We had a great time at Little Bay Country Club. Unit was super clean, washer/dryer so helpful. The pool and beach at the property were incredible. So peaceful, never busy and you can always find chairs to relax. All the staff on the property were so so nice. So many nice folks living in the community -- you can get some great tips on how to walk to Bloody Bay and the best places to eat and get fresh fruit. Rashawn our driver, we were connected to by Valerie, was absolutely fantastic! Always on time and super communicative via WhatsApp (we took him out to dinner one night we loved him so much lol). He even picked up some starter groceries for us for the first day. The water is crystal clear, warm and calm and sunsets were amazing across the street from the unit on the palapas. There is a woman who runs the small market on site but she was never there during out stay and so it was never opened in the 8 days we were there, but we were well stocked (and someone always knows someone in Jamaica who can bike over a few beers if you run out). We are thinking of returning for 2 weeks in December!

A gem of a place

Valerie's place is a beautiful and modern townhouse, equipped with all the necessary amenities to make you feel like home. The place is spotless, beds are comfortable, kitchen comes fully equipped, internet is fast. The Country club where the townhouse is located is fantastic. The private beach and cove are the gems of the entire property. A very exclusive private chill spot where one can snorkel to see the fish sanctuary a couple of meters away from the beach. It has a huge swimming pool and a tennis. The whole complex is well secured and maintained. We absolutely loved Valerie's place. She is a very responsive host and made sure that we had a fantastic time. Definitely would like to come back.

Amazing Spring Break at Summer’s Dream

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Summer’s Dream for spring break. The villa was in great condition, very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family of four, and with a quiet central location within Little Bay Country Club, which has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner Valerie and her staff were a pleasure to deal with throughout, and we had no problems at all. Just the way a Jamaican vacation should be. Thanks again Valerie and Bud, we would love to return someday soon.

Paradise in Jamaica

Our unit was very clean and well maintained, and everything worked. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and having a soaking tub in the master bathroom was wonderful. Although the unit is not on the beach, it is an easy 5 minute walk to the property’s private beach. We loved this beach, due to its cleanliness, privacy and good snorkeling. There were plenty of chairs and plenty of shade. Would recommend a car to truly enjoy surrounding area and restaurants. Bud greeted at the unit and had cold beer and water waiting for us. Valerie, the owner, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back soon.

Impeccable clean and beautiful finishing

Valerie is a wonderful property owner. She always keeps in contact, makes sure we are all OK. The house is so clean, all the linen, bathroom towels, floor mats are fresh, cleaned weekly. Beautiful outside setting. Neighbors are wonderful. What more can I say. Thank you Val. Your an angel.

Valerie was an amazing host. One of my best home I have stayed. The property is impeccable.
