The three-bedroom villa offers a Private Pool with salt water and built in Jacuzzi and is located in front of the Sea, with direct access to the Beach. It is situated in a unique location with stunning sea views.
The brand new luxurious villa offers three bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms, a private pool with salt water and hydro massage, barbeque facilities, sunbeds, sun terrace, garden, private parking, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room with satellite TV and fireplace. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
Bedroom 1 has an extra-large double bed and its own bathroom with spa bath, a satellite TV and a balcony. Bedroom 2 has an extra-large double bed or 2 single beds, its own bathroom with shower, a satellite TV and a balcony. Bedroom 3 has an extra-large double bed or 2 single beds, its own bathroom with shower, a satellite TV and a balcony.

Mare Beach Villa is located in a prime area in the centre of Crete Island, in front of the beach, 20 km from Heraklion Airport and the port of Heraklion, and 4 km from the cosmopolitan city of Hersonissos. You will find everything you need within walking distance from the beach villa. Supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops are all accessible on foot.
A baby cot, for children up to 2 years old, can be added in the room, upon request, free of charge.
