Open plan living-dining room leads out to an elegant balcony ideal for alfresco dining, watching the boats on the fjord or simply relaxing. Apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and twin bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (shower). Shared swimming pool and lounge area. Free private parking.

Newly built (2019), in the very best location in a quiet corner 100 meters to the beach and Dobrota promenade with restaurants, 20 min walk to Kotor old town with its hustle and bustle. SEA VIEW, shared SWIMMING POOL, free WI-FI, smart TV, aircon in living room and each bedroom. Apartment is on the second floor without lift.

Every modern convenience including dish washer, washing machine, large built-in fridge, full size oven and hob, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wooden floors, balcony with panoramic sea view. Fresh bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot and high chair on request.

Erneut sehr schöner Urlaub!

Alles in allem immer noch so wie vor einem Jahr. Vielleicht wäre es Sinnvoll in der Küche und der Dusche kleiner Reparaturen vorzunehmen. Sonst nach wie vor ein super Appartement! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Top Unterkunft, wie auf den Fotos. Traumhafter Ausblick über die Bucht! Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden und die Betten sind sehr gut. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. WLAN sehr stabil und gut. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In der nähe gibt es gerade eine Bäckerei und einen kleinen Laden für das Nötigste. Kommen gerne wieder....!
