¡Quédate en la playa!
Recientemente renovado a principios de 2017. Nuestro condominio se ve muy bien y sólo espera para que usted pueda pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas y relajantes en la playa. Por favor no dude en llamar para más 423-238-8555.

No se preocupe aquí - no hay calles para cruzar. Vela mayor es una comunidad privada frente a la playa que se encuentra en 15 hectáreas. Está idealmente ubicado al final de Scenic Gulf Drive muy cerca de la Silver Sands zona comercial. Muchas opciones de restaurantes y actividades para todos los miembros de la familia están cerca. No se puede pedir una ubicación mejor. Vela mayor está cerca tanto, pero una vez que estás en la propiedad Mainsail te sientes como si estás lejos de todo. Usted puede encontrar su lugar para relajarse o permanecer activo - en la piscina, playa, jugando una partida de tenis o tejo. También puede jugar al voleibol de playa en las prístinas playas de arena blanca que están a pocos pasos. Este condominio muy bien mantenido y actualizado cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El salón es un gran plan de piso abierto que incluye la cocina y comedor. El balcón es un gran lugar para leer o tener esa taza de café de la mañana. Ofrece excelentes vistas de la piscina, la playa y el golfo.

Televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'en la sala de estar con reproductor de DVD Blu-ray Smart (Netflix, Prime, etc., debe iniciar sesión en su cuenta).
Dormitorios - ambos tienen pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD.

* El dormitorio principal tiene cama king con baño privado. Baño / ducha y WC están separados de la vanidad lavabo doble.

El condominio también viene completamente amueblado con una lavadora y secadora grandes, lavaplatos, nevera con máquina de hielo y microondas. Todos los utensilios de cocina y ropa de cama se proporcionan.

No te decepcionará si decides quedarte en nuestro retiro de playa. Por lo tanto, si su listo nos envía un correo electrónico o llámenos. Antes de que usted lo sepa usted se sentará en el balcón, teniendo su taza de la mañana de café o de cóctel de la tarde mientras que escucha el oleaje que golpea y que ve las aguas verdes esmeralda del golfo de México.

We had a fantastic time at the beach. The location is perfect, and everything was clean and well-kept. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially when one of my friends had a medical emergency. They checked in on us even after we checked out, which really meant a lot. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again in the future!

If looking for a great vacation spot, look no further! The condo is beautifully decorated yet family friendly, has a great view of the beach, and has many things to do on and near the property. It is a pleasure to work with the owners. They are such sweet people! My family and I have stayed here for many years and look forward to many more.

Really great condo

We just returned home from Destin on May 29th and I must say this condo was everything it claims to be. There were 6 of us staying and we had plenty of room and the location was more than ideal. We were close enough to all the shops but yet located on a private, secure property. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners were a pleasure to work with and quickly addressed any questions or concerns. We intend to stay at this location for any future trips to Destin. Especially since the beach was literally a few steps away. Very beautiful!!

Convenience stay

We got to our room and as with any previous condos was shocked our room was by elevator. Coming from someone that sleeps with blackout curtains and TWO fans running, my initial thought was this is not good. I can say I’ve been in Destin yearly the last 15 years and this was BY FAR the nicest place we have stayed. I heard people outside only two times and both were before 9:30pm. The elevator and garbage shoot very near our room was a HUGE convenience! The communication, location, cleanliness, comfort, and size were ALL reasons we will get this unit again. THANK YOU!!!!

Wonderful and relaxing

Our condo was clean, spacious and a wonderful stay. We had a beautiful view of the beach and a short walk. Loved how convenient and close everything was. Stephanie was wonderful in answering all our questions. The only complaint I had was that the elevator, closest to us, was out of order. Can't wait to come back next year!!!!

Amazing Beach

Very nice condo, clean furniture and linens, stocked kitchen, beach umbrellas and chairs were an unexpected bonus! Elevator seemed to be on the fritz one day, but it was only a short walk to another elevator on the same floor.

Perfect location - easy access to beach and supplies, entertainment, and restaurants.

We reserved the condo for one week approximately two months prior to our stay, so our anticipation of arriving here were high and once we arrived, it did not disappoint, at all. Great owner communication before and during our stay providing instructions and recommendations. VERY clean unit with a lot of space that was quiet, cool, and with great supplies (kitchen utensils, wifi, linens). The crew at the beach were up early each day placing beach chairs before our 9:30 AM daily beach arrival and checked in from time to time before our 4:00 departure every day. Clean fridge, freezer, and ice maker made breakfast, lunch, dinner, and day breaks easy and fast to accomplish. We literally cannot wait to come back! Made a lot of friends at Mainsail, the Winn-Dixie, on the beach and points in-between. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested in a peaceful and comfortable stay as it will no doubt accomplish both. Thanks S! J&S

EXTREMELY NICE WITH GREAT VIEW!

My family stayed in this beautiful place in June of 2017. I can honestly say that it's by far the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It has all kinds of room. The view is awesome, it's on the beach, it was extremely clean, comfortable and it's very close to anything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Beach Rental

What a great beach rental. Rental was more than we expected. Plenty of space! Professionally cleans prior to our arrival. Living room was very spacious with beautiful views of the Gulf Coast. Property ammenities were family friendly with pool, hot tub, arcade & gym. Beach chair & umbrella service was top-notch!! Close to grocery stores & outlet shopping. Owner was very responsive before & during our stay. We can't wait to book this rental again!

Perfect for a family beach getaway

This is the perfect location to spend your vacation. Our family has enjoyed many years in this beautifully decorated and well kept condo. Everything is well maintained and very clean. The condo is located right on the beach and has breathtaking views of the beach and pool. The walk to the beach is not far at all. Every year we count down the days to stay in Destin for have made some wonderful memories here.

Nice condo with easy beach access!

We had a great vacation and the accommodations were just perfect. Nicely decorated condo which made the experience a really good one. It was very comfortable and easy access to the beach and good location for eating and shopping. There is a grocery store and a CVS right across the street which made it very convenient to get the food and supplies we needed.

Excellent Destin Condo Rental

Our experience with this Destin Condominium rental was first-rate. Fantastic views, excellent beach chair service, a spotless unit and very tastefully decorated. The owner was very nice and easy to work with - and communication was timely and detailed. We would stay in this unit again - and plan to do so in the future if it is available. Outstanding!

Fantastic Destin Rental

This was our first time in Destin, Fl, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The unit was spotless, spacious, and very well appointed. Even during the crowded Easter weekend, the beach was very accessible. We have 3 teenage girls, and between, the malls, pool and beaches, there was plenty to make everyone happy. We loved our experience and we will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We stated the week of June 27th - July 4th....We had 8 stay in the condo and it fit us all comfortable, there were plenty of towels for everyone which was a plus in my book. Our condo looked the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. There was a grocery store just a block up and all the shopping places you could ask for. The only thing I would say to change was the pull out couch, the couple that was sleeping on it had to end up sleeping on the couches instead, they said you could feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable, other than that it is a great place to stay, they communicated promptly and were very nice to work with. Thank you for sharing your beasutiful place with my family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

2nd time and still as nice!

This is the second time my family has chosen this unit. It is a nice as we remembered. We love the location. It is right across the street from the outlet mall, the grocery is very close, and the beach access is wonderful. It is a great family beach - not too crowded and the chair set-up is awesome. My husband loves the gas and charcoal grills in the common area - he says it is very relaxing. Owners are great and super easy to deal with. I would go back again!

Family Getaway

Stayed during Spring Break 2015 (04/04-08). Owners are very prompt with communication and easy to deal with. Great location on Miramar Beach. Not too crowded like Destin or Seaside but if you need shopping/dining, the Silver Sands outlet stores are 1/4 mi away. New Chick-fil-A and Winn-Dixie just outside of community. Everything you need if you don't want the car. 2 adults, 3 kids with room for all. Large Master with bath. Bunk beds with Trundle and a pullout couch. Close to elevator and stairs. From door to beach chairs (included in rental), 1/4 mile walk. Pool with BBQ's but really the reason you're there; the beach is large and clean. Plenty of room to play volleyball and/or football or just relax. We went part week just in case we were at each other's throat but all were sad to leave. Best (calm) family vacation with teenagers in awhile.

Wonderul Condo!

The condo had everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to the grocery store and Starbucks! Lot's of great restaurants close by. Having the umbrella and chairs included is a major plus. The beach is beautiful and the water is very clear. We enjoyed our vacation! Thank you! Jana and Greg Plus 2 grand daughters

Great Stay

This was our first stay in the condo . Very comfortable and nice. Fave part was beach access - walk out and you're there . Extra perk with beach chairs/umbrella . Also enjoyed the covered parking for our autos . Secure access with 24 hour guard monitor. Great shopping and nearby eateries. Owner was great to work with. Will definitely consider another stay.

Great place

My husband and 4 kids stayed in this unit and it was wonderful. Easy to see kids at pool and easy walk to the beach. Great set up for the kids in the second bedroom and owner very responsive and flexible. Will definitely stay again!

Home away from home!

We stayed at Mainsail in March for spring break. We had a fabulous experience! The condo was very clean, well furnished, and the location can not be beat!! The owners were a joy to work with! We will being staying here again very soon! Two thumbs up!

We purchased our first condo in Destin in 1997. We loved this condo, but it was across the street from the beach. Our goal was to someday have a condo on the beach and so we purchased our condo at Mainsail in 2003. We have enjoyed our condo with our 2 daughters for many years. We hope you and your family enjoy our condo and create many wonderful memories.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

You will really love Mainsail and its location. You can be right in the middle of things, but once you're at the condo you feel away from it all. The condo is located on 700 feet of sugary white sand. Included in your rental are 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella that is set up for you each day of your stay. If you need a break from the beach you can find plenty to do. You will find shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and family entertainment practically right at the front of the Mainsail entrance.

Our condo has been completely renovated, Fall 2023.
New Kitchen - white quartz countertops with a beautiful blue/green glass backsplash that just says you are at the beach. And new appliances and new kitchen cabinets.
New master bath - walk-in shower. new cabinets and quartz countertops with two sinks.
New front bathroom update with new tub and updated tile surround.
New recessed lighting throughout the condo.
Everything we have done has made the condo bright, fresh and inviting.
We also have beach service, so you will have 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you each day you are at this beautiful beach.

Stay right on the beach!

No worries here - no streets to cross. Mainsail is a private gated beachfront community that is located on 15 acres. It is ideally located at the end of Scenic Gulf Drive very near the Silver Sands Shopping area. Many dining options and activities for all family members are nearby. You cannot ask for a better location. Mainsail is near so much, but once you are on the Mainsail property you feel as though you are away from it all. You can find your place to relax or stay active - at the pool, beach, or a game of tennis/pickleball or shuffleboard (Courts closed for work indefinitely for 2025). You might also want to play a game of beach volleyball on the pristine white sand beaches that are just steps away. We are also located only 20 minutes from the Seaside/Watercolor area and 45 minutes from Panama City Beach.
