This is our third year at the Beach Manor Condo on the resort property. View was stunning, close to activities, restaurants, and grocery store.

Beach Manor 508 Vacation Rental

The condo was as expected with only one exception which I mentioned before. That is that the carpets were very dirty. I do realize that it would be difficult to fit carpet cleaning in between rentals but even some spot cleaning might help with the appearance. otherwise, our stay was wonderful, the view was fantastic and the management responded quickly and effectively when needed. The condo was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and the bed was comfortable. wie will definitely come again if the occasion arises.

yes, beautiful view The room was clean. my grandson enjoyed the pool, and my daughter's small wedding reception was by the pool' Only one elevator was working which made for long waits or using the stairs.

Overall a very nice property. Very clean and updated. Beach view terrific although the balcony is a bit small. Well appointed kitchen. Tops'l property very nice. Only negative was poor cable tv service, which is Cox Cable's problem but that should be reported to them. We would definitely book again.

This condo was really good exempt for the mattress in the spare bedroom. The mattress was good in the master bedroom, but I was miserable in the spare bedroom. All the furniture was very nice and clean. The condo was spacious. Loved the ice maker in the freezer. The patio furniture was perfect. Thank You.

The pictures aren’t exactly what we thought we were coming into. Everything seemed kind of outdated the spare room hardly any room to get around. We were missing pillowcases on some of the pillows. The place wasn’t very clean either. The toilets were so low to the ground. I thought I was going to the bathroom in the elementary school.We’ve stayed in condos in Navarre multiple times and I’ve never been this disappointed.

We had an amazing stay! The unit was very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, and even in July, the beaches were uncrowded and peaceful—such a refreshing change from the neighboring property where we usually stay, which is always packed. No waits for elevators either. We had an issue with one of the TVs, but Henry came out on the same day to check on it and get it straightened out. (Henry's awesome by the way!) Great experience overall, and we’ll definitely be back!

Be on the beach without sand

Nice view of a gulf to from the condo. If it’s a real windy, rainy day, you can sit out on the porch and be at the beach without getting your feet Sandy or your hair blowing very badly.

Beach Manor 508

Beautiful unit with breath taking views as soon as you open the front door! Clean unit. Access to multiple pools, a fitness center, putt putt, and so much more! It would've been nice if beach service was included in the cost, but it was available and our family enjoyed using them. We were delighted that they were reserved and it was the same spot every morning so we didn't have to go and ask each morning. A very short walk to the beach allowed us to optimize our fun in the sun. Overall, my family and I enjoyed every moment at the beach during our trip to Miramar Beach! We would love to stay in this unit again in the future and would recommend it to anyone!

We’ll be back!

We enjoyed staying at the Beach Manor! It was a great location, the beach wasn’t to overly crowded, and the restaurant at the pool was great for the kids and an easy dinner. The condo itself was great for our family! The beds were comfortable and we had room for a pack and play as well. We had a great experience; we will be back!

Beach vacation

The location of this property was perfect. We had amazing views from the condo and just a short walk to the beach. We loved that there was dining and a place to get drinks right on the beach. The cleanliness of this unit was disappointing. There were blood stains on the front and back of a pillow in the guest bedroom. Also, the showers were definitely not cleaned between guests both showers had the previous renters hair and trash in them. Would definitely stay at this location again but preferably a different unit. I’ve never said anything negative about a stay before but if I was the owner of this unit I’d definitely want to know about the cleanliness.

Great time in Destin

Very nice condo with perfect ocean front view. Well kept property with visible security. Plenty of things to do close by. Was able to check in early always a plus everything was in working order and very clean.

Live this unit in this location. Easy parking on time elevators short walk to beach and pool. Had a small issue with a cabinet and called the agent and it was fixed in an hour. The only thing to be aware of are the fees make sure you budget for them.

Great location and stay

We had such a great experience this stay. The condo's location is excellent. It's right on the beach and the views and balcony make you feel like you're on the beach even when inside. The size of the rooms were generous and the bathrooms were really nice. The hard surface floors were very clean.

A great visit

We have stayed at Topsl many times and love the facility so we knew what to expect as to size and layout. The beds were comfortable. Both baths were fine altho a little dated. Lots of room for 4 adults. The decor was really pretty. The kitchen is small but they all are at Beach Manor. Everything seemed updated and the kitchen “equipment “ was good. We used the grill at the pool. It is better than the one I have at home ! Very importantly - I always feel safe at Topsl. It is quiet and monitored. You can’t beat the view from the balcony! Breathtaking. My only complaint is about the condition of the carpet in the bedrooms. Especially the primary bedroom. It is in terrible shape. Please change it out or at least clean it. We will definitely be back to 508 !

Great beach front property

Unit is right on the beach. You don’t have to cross a road like some other properties. Very clean condo with 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has beach views as does the family room and kitchen. Level 5 is high enough to see over the dunes and palm trees. Management responded quickly to a few questions we had.
