Duplex-style apartment with one bedroom and a bathroom located a few blocks from Plaza de España, close to the Old Town and Barcelona's port. Very near the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many gastronomic options.



It has air conditioning, safe and free Wi-Fi connection.



The building is completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time maintaining the Catalan vault and traditional ceilings.



At street level, there is the dining room, comfortable and bright, equipped with a flat-screen television, and the kitchen, fully equipped.



On the first floor we find the bedroom equipped with a double bed and an additional bathroom with a shower.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.



Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.



Towels and bed linen are provided for the stay.



No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of 6.88€ per adult and night up to a maximum of seven nights.
