We stayed during a very cold week but the cottage was lovely and warm all the time. Plenty of room , beautiful garden with snowdrops and ample equipment for our stay.Short ride or reasonable walk to Wroxham centre for all shopping needs.
The house was large and welcoming with plenty of variety of rooms and spaces. The 42 inch television turned out to have shrunk somewhat and the lack of basics like toilet paper and washing powder was a little irksome but all in all we really enjoyed the surroundings and the accommodation.

This property is in a lovely setting and has lots of amenities within the grounds- table tennis, boules and croquet. Where it falls down is on the lack of information. Firstly, the key safe was not where described. In the house there was no folder telling you how to arrange for the boat to be unlocked and who to contact for instructions on its use. There was a laminated sheet giving details of emergency numbers e. g. doctor and pharmacy but nothing on the local area so no information on restaurants, pubs, walks etc. Also there was no information on how to operate appliances e.g. heating, tv etc. There was no controller for the dvd.
It should also be noted the website should clarify that the motor launch cannot be taken to Wroxham for shipping.
It was not possible to recycle rubbish such as bottles and recyclable plastics but no details of where to take these items.
