Family Vacation Home on the beach, Sea Grove Beach

Please note that our rental policy is based upon a seven night period from Saturday to Saturday. We do not accept daily rentals. If you have any questions, please contact me prior to booking. 4 Br/ 3 Ba home on the beach right off 30A, right on the beach. 1800 sq. ft. 2 story home with large family room, dining area, breakfast bar, king master bedroom, bath and queen bed with separate bath on first level. Second level has two bedrooms, one queen and the other has two twin beds, one bath, and laundry room. Equipped with Wi-Fi and YoutubeTV. Beautiful views of the beach from the family room or sit on the patio or deck and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. No more packing up the car, kids, beach toys to get to the beach, just walk down our private beach access. Central AC, enclosed outdoor shower. Minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and fresh seafood. BBQ grill. Ample parking for 4 vehicles. Rentals run weekly from Saturday at 4:00pm (check-in) through 10:00am the following Saturday (check-out). You will receive an emailed information package with key access, wi-fi code, etc. when the second payment is made to VRBO.

Awesome !

Great location and property is better than the pics. We had a few minor glitches when we arrived and the owner was quick to respond! We will stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Great house!

Stayed in this house four times now. Locations is great, private beach access, plenty to do within walking distance. Once you arrive you don’t have to drive anywhere unless you want to.

Seagrove Beach Rental

Although the property is older, it is very comfortable, the location is excellent & we love being right on the beach & within walking distance to restaurants, a seafood market & breakfast.

Beautiful Views

Great location with beach access, easy to get to as well. House is stocked with all you need for your stay plus some. It was so nice to be able to grill with a view. Would def stay again.

Amazing house in an amazing location.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this house. It is not as big and fancy as many of the house on 30a but that is fine by me. It’s a great house in a great location. The house has all the amenities you need for your stay at the beach and is walking distance to several restaurants. We will continue to book this property hopefully for years to come.

Great Beach House

The property is easy to find. There are plenty of place to eat at within walking distance. The house comes with everything you need for a relaxing vacation minus the food. The owner was great about communicating any issues that may arise before the trip even started. We look forward to staying in this house again.

Beach house.

Beds very uncomfortable. Not as clean as should be-blanket and pillow looked like had urine on them. Beach side very overgrown. Saw 2 snakes in backyard. Beautiful view. Good location.

Great Experience

We stay in Seagrove Beach each fall for two weeks and love the area. This year we decided to rent this home rather than our normal townhome. We were a little nervous about making a change because we have loved our townhome. We are so glad we made the move. We had a great experience. The home was just like the pictures and Ken our host was great in communicating with us prior to our trip and during our trip. The home was clean and Ken made special arrangements to allow us to check in early due to some unexpected changes in our travel schedule. We had to contact him for a minor question with the home and he was quick to respond. We loved our stay and have already booked our two weeks for next year at this home again!

Classic ol' beach home

Let me start with, this is a great home! We loved the location and it was great for our family. I can see why others have said, it's not the cleanest place. The area rug could definitely use a good scrubbing or replacement. We had an infant crawling and we wouldn't allow him on there without a sheet over it. The front entryway floor could be scrubbed as well. The floors are the perfect color to hide the dirt, for sure. The master shower just needs a "magic eraser" to it and it would be fine. Upstairs shower and toilet. If you're a grown man, you will not have room for a comfortable shower nor be able to comfortably sit when needed. But, there IS an outside shower so USE IT! If you prefer to use plates and bowls for dinner and such, bring paper ones, as there are not enough of those for all in the house ,if you have full capacity. As well as large solo cups. The shed is stocked full of stuff to use, make sure you check it before going to the store. However, it could use a good organizational system. Most people are not going to want to even go in there. One of the kitchen chairs is on its last leg, so be careful. When we arrived we noticed a TON of dust on the vents at the stairs, so we eneded up replacing the AC filter. There were some in the stair storage. Speaking of, we would have vacuumed everyday had there been a small one there. Maybe I missed it. But, a new broom would help. The area leading to beach is in need of some repair.Overall, WE LOVED IT AND WOULD GO AGAIN!

Great location and nice property

The house is on the beach and is well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very functional. A very good value for Seagrove.

Would stay again

The house is old and in need of updating, but it served its purpose for our group. Covered patio overlooking beach would also be nice for rainy days and make visiting more pleasant. Otherwise, it was clean with a great location and directly on the beach. We had a fabulous week and made lots of memories. Looking forward to next year.

Family vacation home bought in 1978 by my Grandmother, ultimately was her retirement home. I've been going to Sea Grove since I was 3, I have so many fond memories in this house. Originally a 2br/ 2 ba home she added on a second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the early 90's. My family and I still go down several times a year.
