Just steps from the Beach, The SeaNest commands a spectacular view of the sugar white sands and the sparkling, Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located in Seagrove Beach, Florida, just east of the famous Seaside resort community, SeaNest puts you in close proximity to many wonderful restaurants, unique shops, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, golf courses, and other interesting spots to explore in the beach and bay area.

The 40 foot grand room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, entertainment center, wet bar, and French doors opening onto a wide deck. The kitchen shares the beautiful view and is well equipped. Three of the bedrooms have TVs. Layout: Downstairs 1 King w/private bath; 1 Queen w/hall and/or private bath; Upstairs has 1 Queen w/shared bath with 2 twins; 1 Full w/private bath.

Second stay at The Seanest

Both of our stays here have been nothing short of absolutely wonderful, and we booked our third while still there. The location is truly unbeatable. Situated right on Seagrove Beach, The Sea Nest offers breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves from the moment you arrive. We particularly love the private steps directly to the beach, making it incredibly convenient to pop down for a swim or a stroll whenever we pleased. It is located next to a community access point, which, importantly, is not public beach access, ensuring a more serene and less crowded experience.Inside, the house was spotless and provided plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. With seven of us, it's often a challenge to find accommodations that truly feel spacious, but The Sea Nest delivered, allowing everyone to have their own space while also enjoying communal areas. One of the absolute highlights was the humongous deck that directly overlooks the ocean. This became our favorite spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and simply soaking in the incredible views. It's the perfect extension of the living space, offering ample room for relaxation and gathering.Robin is fantastic. She’s very communicative and truly strives to make your stay perfect. Plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, and games for the kids. There are even beach toys and extras in the storage area. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and truly beachfront home.

Our Time At Sea Nest

We had two families stay at “Sea Nest” this past June & found the home to be well suited for our families. House is well kept and generally speaking, in good shape. More details:Pros: The owner is very responsive & helpful, whether regarding dinner suggestions / general inquiries, it was nice not to worry about getting a response. Laundry is inside one of the bathrooms which isn’t ideal but works. Ice machine was a family favorite! Lots of puzzles & books.Cons: Listing shows that a barbecue grill is on the premises, listing does not state that the guest has to fill the propane. House is generally comfortable but downstairs mattresses are uncomfortable. One common area with the kitchen, dining room, wet bar, and living room uses an open floor plan. The listing shows wide open space on the beach and a “private beach.” This was not our experience. The "private" space is leased to a chair and umbrella company & they work VERY hard to get the umbrellas and chairs as tightly packed as they can. Public access to the beach is immediately adjacent to ‘Sea Nest.’ We had constant foot traffic right outside of the house & on the ‘private’ portion of the beach, in addition to people attempting to set up volleyball nets, shades, & unauthorized chairs. In conclusion, the location on 30A & the crowds may not be as much of a nuisance to others as it was to us, but I don’t expect we’ll return to ‘Sea Nest.’ If you enjoy being in the middle of it all at the beach, this is a great spot.

Fantastic Home and Location

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at The Seanest. It was a fabulous week. The only negative is that the beach chair set up people do not set up after October 31st. Not a huge deal but we didn't bring chairs. The sunsets are amazing!do nor

Best Spot on the Beach!

We loved this place so much much we rented it again for next year before we even left! Plenty of room for our group to stay and spread out when needed. Right on the beach and a spacious deck. We didn’t have any problems and Robin was very communicative whenever we had questions. We will stay here for years to come!

Truly oceanfront!

We have been visiting the Seagrove area for more than 25 years. This home, with its great deck and beautiful kitchen was truly a treat. Start with the deck, which spans the width of the house and is just steps from the beach. We spent a LOT of time on the deck! The kitchen was updated and beautifully appointed. Everything you need is there. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was stocked with books and games and puzzles for rainy beach days. Truly a wonderful week in a beautiful home.

Making Memories

Fantastic memories for our family! Meals together around the kitchen table and grand baby taking first steps while we were all together! Playing on the beach, the water and a great home to gather in, couldn't be more thankful! We will be back!

Amazing, would absolutely stay again, beautiful home love sitting on deck watching dolphin every morning (,5:30 ) seen 2, 3-foot round turtles , seen more dolphin in one week than we have seen in 15 years even more than a dolphin cruise can't wait to go back

Perfect location on the beach

This rental was a perfect location and property. The deck was one of our favorite spots where we could gather and enjoy just being at the beach. By far being this close to the beach was probably the best feature as we could be on the sand in a matter of minutes.

Sea Nest

This house was perfect for our family. We had eight adults and one infant. The kitchen had everything you need for meal preparation. The deck outside had plenty of room for everyone to sit outside. There was a private outdoor shower to rinse off sand after being on the beach, which was right outside the house.

Great spot for a family vacation

We loved the location of this property. The access to the beach was worth it alone. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the ice maker helped to keep the drinks cold throughout the week. Everything was just as described.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

This was such a great family vacation rental. The location can't be beat by being on the beach and my family had such a wonderful time. The house is comfortable and has every amenity for a family get together. Sitting out on the deck just enjoying the view was priceless. We had a small plumbing issue which was taken care of by the owner very quickly. She is so incredibly responsive and we would definitely rent Seanest again.

Excellent beach get away

Seanest is located directly in the beach which made hauling beach toys back and forth with a 3 year easier! Beautiful home, kitchen outfitted with all necessities as well as bathrooms. Owner thought if everything. We will return!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for 8 of us. The deck is awesome. Also, one plus was not having a lot of stairs to go up and down when going to the beach. The house has the best beach views on the block!

Fun Time!

Air conditioning needs to be redone. Two of the bedrooms upstairs was warm and one downstairs was too warm .The bathrooms need updating. But all in all we enjoyed our trip!

Great family vacation in the perfect location.

We had a wonderful time on our trip. This house was the perfect size for 6 adults and 4 kids. There were plenty of toys/chairs in the storage unit and this is our 3rd time to stay on this street- perfect beach access. Coulle things to note- there is no pool access like the condos just to the west have access to. Also, the upstairs AC definitely needs work- it was pretty warm up there in the evenings. The chain is also broken on the ceiling fan in the upstairs bunk bed room so the fan will not turn on.

We live and work in SC full time and love visiting the Panhandle when the beach house is not rented. We fell in love with the crystal white sand and the clear water and the laid back 30-A lifestyle.

We love the area and its a very friendly community. Our beach home is located on a dead end so its quiet and not much through traffic.

We are ideally located between Panama City and Destin and only 2 miles from Seaside. Its a perfect spot.
