This renovated semi-detached villa enjoys a fabulous location in Boa Pesca, a private mews in a sought after residential area in the heart of Praia da Luz. The ground floor has a tastefully furnished, spacious dining room with a slow burning log fire and doors leading out onto a partially covered south facing terrace which enjoys one of the best views in Luz of the sea, the beach and the spectacular volcanic eruption known as Black Rock.

The limed oak kitchen is well equipped and there is an additional shower room in the utility area. A wide, curving staircase leads to the spacious and comfortably furnished sitting room which has an efficient modern gas fire and again fabulous ocean views from its south facing terrace with sun awning.

The price includes use of the 2 swimming pools and separate children's pool at Luz Bay Club Hotel, a 5-10 minute walk from the villa, which also has a bar and restaurant (the pools are pictured).

Guests at Salute can also book the new tennis courts at Luz Bay Club for a reduced fee on presentation of the club card.

It is possible to buy daily & weekly passes for use of the Boa Vista Golf Resort which gives you access to use of Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and gym.

Please note the small double bedroom is best suited to 1 adult or 2 children as it is small double bed. There is no air conditioning in this room but there is a ceiling fan.
