Magnifique appartement de 2 chambres avec une splendide terrasse.:
Magnifique appartement de 2 chambres avec une splendide terrasse. Avec de hauts plafonds et des poutres d'origine, ainsi qu'une salle de bains et une cuisine modernes, cet appartement crée l'espace idéal pour des moments de détente. Situé à seulement 5 minutes du Paseo de Gracia et au cœur de Gracia, un quartier plein de charme, de gastronomie et de vie à chaque coin de rue.

Deux chambres avec deux lits simples et un canapé-lit dans le salon. L'appartement dispose d'une belle terrasse ensoleillée de 15m2 et d'une salle de bains et cuisine confortables. Il a une capacité de 5 personnes et est entièrement équipé pour un excellent séjour.

L'appartement est entièrement équipé, y compris les serviettes, les draps, les couettes, la climatisation, Internet WiFi haut débit, un lave-linge et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer un repas.

Family Celebration!

Enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Host was responsive when we had a question. Walking distance to nice shops and markets for fresh fruit and vegetables and clothing. Would stay there again!

Nice apartment in Gracia

The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was easy to communicate with the host. I loved the neighborhood of Gracia. It was so easy to walk to many of the wonderful sites that Barcelona has to offer. I would definitely like to return.

Fantastic Neighborhood

The property was as advertised. Comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood and found it to be well located for our daily excursions with 3 nearby metro stops though we often walked to our destination. There is a wonderful selection of restaurants in the neighborhood which we enjoyed. The one improvement would be to put shutters or a sound-proof door on the street side balcony off of the bigger of the 2 bedrooms as the sound and conversations of everyone passing in the street into the wee hours of the morning was very loud and kept us up. Earplugs helped but the night prior to departure we didn’t want to miss the alarm. Even so, still loved it here.

My 1st disappointing experience at a VRBO

Pros: location was great and convenient, wifi, good water pressure, washing machine, plenty of dishes and cookware Cons: cleanliness should be improved and main concern in the bathroom went unaddressed, shower head was loose and maintenance had to come and tighten, property manager was slow to respond, the light in one of the bedrooms came on automatically at 3:00pm and 3:00am. On two occasions the light came on flashing at 3:00am. Would not stay there again.

Thanks for your review Lisa . Just a few remarks about your comments. As soon as you reported that there were some hairs on the floor in the apartment (sometimes it can happen after scrubbing that there are a couple hair left in a 60m2 apartment) we sent the cleaning team again to go over the entire apartment. I do not understand very well what was the "main concern" that remained unsolved in the bathroom because it was only the shower head that was loose and the cleaning team fixed it again (only the screw had loosened a little). About how slow we were to respond , I think that is absolutely untrue and I do not understand the comment as you directly reach mean on minute 1 after arrival . For my part I have to say that it is difficult to accommodate people with a - 0 tolerance level, we always try to make the apartments absolutely perfect, but let's be honest the absolute perfection that you demand inmediatly is difficult in the real world. In addition, the threats from minute 1 of going to a hotel have not seemed fair to me. We can agree that I would not repeat the experience either. Thanks .

Overall the location is good - walkable It is VERY loud though - you won’t be able to get a good nights sleep - the building itself has loud residents - the street is loud - and when I say loud - I mean at odd hours - 2-3 am then 7-8 am - combination of people and cars. The windows don’t protect against noise and the alley doesn’t help with trapping the noise.I think it’s impt to get good sleep when on vacay - but we didn’t. Also, the air circulation isn’t great in this property - and we visited in Sept which isn’t super hot - but expect to not have the best circulation and air conditioning - the a/c unit is in the living room - the bedrooms have fans but the smaller bedroom fan wouldn’t turn on because the remote was broken. Being with my somewhat older parents - I don’t think I’d stay here again - nice place - good location - not suitable for most people. Lastly, the communication with the owner / manager will take about a full day for a reply - and sometimes longer

L’appartement est un petit peu loin du centre et de la plage à pied mais cela ne pose pas spécialement de soucis (10 euros en taxi ou le métro à côté) Concernant alejandro, c’est un super hôte toujours à l’écoute et professionnel ! The apartment is in the perfect location and is stylishly decorated. We were on a girls trip and the apartment had everything we needed. It’s near lots of bakeries and some restaurants and there’s shops on your door step. It’s also a very short walk to Passeig de Gracia which has lots of clothes shops and restaurants. It’s also very near main line metro stations and we found it very easy to get taxis to and from the apartment which were very cheap. The apartment is very clean and Alejandro kept in contact with us and answered any questions we had about the apartment. He also gave us a few recommendations in the area which we tried and loved. The terrace is perfect for breakfast in the morning and sangria in the evening. I will definitely stay there again and I know my friends will too

Apartment has everything we need. Straight forward check-in. Many stores, cafe and restaurants in neighborhood. Close to public transportation. Would stay there again.

Great week in Barcelona

Very nice apartment. Great neigh orhood. Safe and clean and quiet. MAY cafes and grocery stores and restaurants near by. Easy walk to tourist locations. Taxis easy to find nearby. Clean and comfy apartment. Very nice owner.
