Warm apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sunny balcony in the heart of Gracia. You will feel immersed in a very cozy atmosphere due to its pastel tones, high ceilings and its original wooden beams. Kitchen and bathroom equipped for an excellent stay.

Experience local life in one of the most sought after neighborhoods for its bohemian culture and local life.

Fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, electronic lock for easy access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bed, shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron and a wide variety of cooking utensils.

Lovely stay in Garcia

We loved this apartment so much! The stairs up were a little challenging with suitcases but everything else was very comfortable and easy to navigate. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Great location on a cute street near everything you could need. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Alejandro's place was perfect for our stay. The appartement was spacious for us four, and there is a nice balcony for morning coffee. The location is great; few minutes walking from Diagonal metro station, which gives access for the whole city and the beach. We'd definitely want to stay there for a future trip!

What would I say that haven't been said before. My son and I stayed for one month in Gracia. The apartment was very comfy with all the amenities and Julien and his team did an outstanding job from the booking to delivering the keys to us. Never had an issue during these 30 days. Vivebarcelona is highly recommended.
