Villa Roses is located in a quiet area in Kalamaki Crete, with all the comforts that you would expect from a vacation home. The living space is 70 m² and has air conditioning. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, two separated bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room. It is suitable for 4 persons, maximum 5 after request
The villa also has a big private stoned yard, with large veranda where you can sit and relax, enjoying the sun and your swimming pool infinity with the view of the beautiful south cretan Sea, and the island of Paximadia.
It is located 6 km by the beautiful beach of Matala with the famous caves, and 3 km from komos beach!
You can also visit the archaeological site of Phaistos, and Gortys.
The kitchen has all the electrical supplies such as oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven. as well as a Barbecue trolley in the garden.
