The seaside resort of Bridlington is home to two award-winning beaches and a bustling harbour, which is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Discover the history of the Old Town, or simply soak up the atmosphere in the town centre. Spend the day on the long stretch of golden sand paddling, relaxing, swimming or searching for sea life; walk along the town’s majestic promenade, tucking into some of the best fish and chips in the land; do a spot of retail therapy or visit the nearby, parks and gardens of Sewerby and Burton Agnes Hall. Due to its location in the heart of the East Riding of Yorkshire, there are plenty of activities available outside of Bridlington. The dramatic white cliff tops of Flamborough, the bird reserve at Bempton plus the seaside town of Filey are all a short drive away, or slightly further afield, you will find Scarborough.

For children, there are a host of attractions to keep them occupied. After a trip to the beach, perhaps visit Bridlington’s animal park just opposite the John Bull Candy Kingdom, where you can watch rock and sweets being made.
