Upstairs, accessed via an exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining room spanning 50 square meters, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, and direct access to the garden and terrace. This upper level also houses three additional rooms, each with a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm and 190 cm in length, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hot plates, a microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine.
