Mariacristina, the owner , having completed this fourth renovation in May 2020, has managed to harmoniously combine ancient and modern, creating an elegant and extremely comfortable environment.



The property consists of the main Villa, with 2 wonderful and large bedrooms on the first floor and an Annex , which houses the remaining 3 bedrooms, delightful spaces for perfect relaxation, and a Gym , for those who do not give up on fitness . The Annex overlooks the magnifecent " infinity pool" which enjoys spectacular views of Pienza, Radicofani, Montalcino and Monte Amiata . The Annex was tobacco dryer room in ancient time. The large living area is located on the ground floor of the main Villa , with its professional stainless steel open plan kitchen, its sofa area with ultra modern fireplace, the aperitif area and the dining area with its long table that seats up to 12 people. It's a real pleasure to admire the original beamed ceilings with period cealing tiles and the ancient stone floors which, combined with modern materials, create an environment rich in poetry and 360° comfort. The ground floor also houses the laundry room, with washer and dryer available for guests and a toilette serving the living area .



The two buildings are connected by an ancient courtyard in original stone, reminding you of noble times, where an elegant 5mx5m gazebo offers guests an ideal area outdoor lunches and dinner with friends.

For those who want to enjoy spectacular sunsets overlooking the magical Tuscan hills, perhaps sipping an excellent Tuscan wine, Mariacristina has created a pleasurable outdoor area with comfortable sofas, from which you can observe the ancient stone of the farmhouse slowly turning red under the rays of the sun. A short distance away is the beautiful outdoor fireplace area around which you can gather on cool Summer evening. Always nearby you will have a handy grill for pleasant barbecues with friends.
