Villa Olga Kassiopi with private pool

Villa Olga is for sure a special property. Airy, spacious, provided with a generously sized private pool an uniquely located. This 3-bedroomed villa stands in the heart of the sought after seaside resort of Kassiopi: a car is not required! Therefore it is probably the only detached villa with private pool within the Kassiopi area, just an easy walk away from supermarkets, bars, shops, restaurants, harbor and many beaches. Fully air-conditioned, the villa can sleep easily up to 6+2 guests and has beautiful gardens, sun terraces, cheerful decor, private parking.



Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has been recently renovated to offer a perfect holiday experience. Entrance through the front patio is onto the spacious lounge with sofas, extra single sofa bed (mostly suitable for a child) so that the other sofas can be anyway used by the guests, satellite TV, DVD player, music system, wi-fi internet. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials for a full self catering holiday (including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, 4 cooking rings, kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, large dining table). The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, all decorated with style in bright colors to emphasize the summer feeling of this sweet house. One of the bedrooms has double beds while the others have twin beds that can be converted into doubles if required. An extra folding bed (suitable for a child) can be provided in one of the bedrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned (included in the price) both in the bedrooms and in the lounge area. There are 2 brand new family bathrooms, stylishly finished.



Outside, the villa is set within 800sqm of private grounds with trees, flowers, shrubs. Extensive terraces surround the villa both at the front (garden facing) and at the back (pool facing) for relaxation during any time of the day. The newly added private pool measures 6m x 5m and depth is between 0.9m and 1.7m. Comfortable sunbeds, parasols, poolside dining area and brick-built barbecue are provided for relaxing hours under the Corfiot sun and delicious charcoal grilled dinners (the poolside area is beautifully lit at night). Yet with such a wide array of beaches, amenities and shops within easy walking distance, the choice between pool and sea will be really hard! Private parking for up to 2 cars is available at the back of the villa.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning in the whole villa, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.
