Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming townhouse offers a bright and inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny south-facing terrace with beautiful views of the pool, sea, and palm trees—ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.
The home features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and private balcony, and one with two single beds—along with a bathroom upstairs.
With air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, parking, and access to a year-round pool, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is right here.
The Space:
As you step into the townhouse, you are welcomed by a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen on your right, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a convenient WC with a washing machine on this level.
Moving further in, you’ll find a bright and inviting living area. To the right is the dining space, set beside a cozy fireplace, while to the left, you can relax in comfortable armchairs and a sofa with a smart TV.
From the living room, you have direct access to a south-facing terrace with lovely views of the pool, sea, and palm trees. The terrace enjoys sunshine from morning until late afternoon and features both a lounge area and an outdoor dining space—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Upstairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom is located on this floor.
The townhouse is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, parking, and access to a year-round communal pool.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

You’ll be within easy reach of beautiful beaches, local restaurants, cafés, and shops, all just a short walk or drive away. The area is ideal for enjoying both laid-back days by the sea and exploring the vibrant Costa del Sol.
With its convenient location, you can easily access nearby towns, golf courses, and attractions while still enjoying the tranquility of a residential setting.

🚗 By car – Easy access to the main road (A-7), making it simple to explore nearby towns like La Cala de Mijas, Marbella, and Fuengirola.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

Sehr schöne Wohnung -hervorragende Anlage
Tolle gepflegte Ferienanlage allerdings muss man sich mit der Schnellstraße die direkt vor dem Grundstück liegt arrangieren - es ist vor allem am Spätnachmittag ziemlicher Verkehrslärm. Ansonsten tolle Lage nicht weit vom Strand besonders zu empfehlen ist Andya Beach in Cabopino die in 10 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar ist.

Appartement propre, sauf les vitres. A notre arrivée le lave-vaisselle ne marchait pas. La télévision ne reçoit pas les chaînes sauf netflix alors que l'annonce stipulait cable ou satellite. Nous avons baissé le store de la terrasse mais ne pouvions pas le remonter.Il n'a été réparé que plusieurs jours plus tard malgré plusieurs appels. Le jardin est bien entretenu et la vue est belle mais nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse à cause de la proximité de l'autoroute. ( bruit et pollution). Très dommage.
