Your bright and spacious holiday apartment is conveniently located in Nueva Andalucía, at the entrance to 'Golf Valley' and is equally suitable for a family, small group, or golf holiday. You are a short walk to the famous marina of Puerto Banus and there is a choice of shops and restaurants at your doorstep.

The apartment has been recently decorated and furnished for the 2024 season and is equipped to meet your every need, including dual air conditioning in each bedroom, and in the lounge area also. There is satellite TV, including English language channels and a high speed WiFi internet service.

The Location: The apartment is conveniently located in Nueva Andalucía, less than one mile from the heart of cosmopolitan Puerto Banus and four miles from Marbella. Puerto Banus, famous for its yacht marina, exotic bars, restaurants and designer shops, also has excellent beach facilities.
The area beside the Puerto Banus bull ring, which is a two minute walk from the apartment, hosts a very popular Saturday morning market. The old Bullring has now been developed into a new concert and event venues with adjoining bar and dining venues - www.marbellaarena.com
There are two supermarkets and a number of restaurants within five minutes walk including upmarket restaurants La Sala and Breathe.

Sight Seeing: Some attractions within easy driving distance are:
Gibraltar; the Rock of Gibraltar and unique history, caves and Macaques
Benahavis; a Lovely Andalucian village with a great selection of restaurants
Ronda; an historical mountain town famous for its spectacular gorge

Great location

Apartment is in a great location with fully equipped kitchen, nice large balcony with some traffic noise but with great views. Lounge with dining area, tv with English Channels, bedrooms have lots of storage and comfortable beds. Apartment is lovely but soundproofing leaves a-lot to be desired. Parking is in underneath garage but be aware it is a very small car space, we parked out side on the the street usually spaces to be found. Contacting owners was very easy with almost instant response. Enjoyed our visit, would recommend.

Lovely apartment ,great host .

Lovely apartment ,Great sofas and beds ,well equipped kitchen .Owner couldn't be easier to contact .Only snag is the parking space ,really difficult, couldn't park our SUV ,a smart car would fit perfectly.

Spacious, Well appointed 2 bedroom flat Easy Access to hub of Marbella

We are in our active 80’s.We chose this unit for its spaciousness. After spending 4 weeks on a cruise ship, we needed a roomy, elegant flat to relax. The galley kitchen was perfect for making our full American breakfasts to enjoy on the large terrace with Eastern exposure. Gerry Burke has supplied the kitchen with condiments and cleaning supplies. Thank You! My husband and I appreciated the comfy reading chairs plus 2 couches for long naps. The swimming pool was easy to access from the unit. I saw public buses stop in the circular driveway in front of the complex. I treasure the memories of our most pleasant stay in this Marbella unit.

Fantastic 2 weeks, apartment had everything we needed.

This is a great property in easy reach of Puerto Banus. We didn’t hire a car due to extortionate prices since covid and I can say we never missed having it. Everything is within walking distance. 3 excellent pools, no issues with loungers. The owner and management company are very prompt to reply to any questions. Thank you.

Beautiful Views, Great Hosts, Okay Apartment

The entire process of booking and finding this place was made so easy and it’s in a central location of Neuva Andalusia. However, this is an apartment with thin walls so neighbors can sometimes be heard and there is a tight parking spot. Overall, great stay but only if you are looking for an apartment.

Amazing apartment

Fantastic apartment close to nice restaurants and shops, 20 minutes walk into Puerto Banus. 3 swimming pools around the complex lovely for adults and children. Thanks for amazing stay.

Wonderful appqrtment

The apartment was perfect for our stay, everything we needed. Communications with the owner were really excellent. The home benefits from a terrace at the front and a lovely balcony at the rear so sun all day. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and the marina itself in Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes away. The apartment is very well furnished and with 2 bathrooms is just the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended and thanks to Gerry for allowing us to share his home. Robert & Paula

Fabulous Apartment in Neuva Andalusia - Highly Recommended

Just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this most comfortable homely apartment at the Senorio de Aloha complex. This apartment felt just like a ‘home from home’. It is well equipped with all your needs- comfy beds, good shower, TV (with English speaking stations) and WiFi. The apartment is well located and is just 15 mins walk to the picturesque Puerto Banus where you will find numerous restaurants and cafes. Taxis are plentiful and cost €6 to the Port or take a local Bus available outside the apartment. Supermarkets are nearby and there are also lots of places also nearby where you can enjoy some culinary delights. There are a few pool areas at the complex where you can relax after a day spent shopping or a day spent strolling around the old town in Malaga. A most enjoyable time spent at this apartment in a fabulous area. The host was most informative and helpful and always prompt with replies Catherine Ireland

Fabulous apartment for 1 month stay

I've rented a few apartments on the Costa Del Sol over the years and this was by far the best. The furnishings were really good quality and comfy, the kitchen was so well equipped it encouraged me to cook more! The main terrace is lovely for whiling away an evening , there is a bit of road noise but we found this mostly entertaining with local supercars showing off and a fabulous view. The blocks are peaceful and attractive with well tended gardens and 3 swimming pools , which were warm enough to swim in all the month of October. 3 or 4 mins walk to the left takes you to a Mercadona supermarket which has everything you need just past this is a galician butcher/wine merchant and next to that and organic greengrocers. Also in the neighbourhood are a few local takeaways and a variety of nice little restaurants all great if you've had a tiring day and dont want to go downtown. If you do however it's not a long walk down about 15 mins to the marina, bit longer back up, but we used the local bus which stopped right outside ,flat fare of 1.18€. Buses ran till after 10.30 but later on taxis back were about 6-7€. We were pleasantly surprised with Banus as a place theres a lot more going on in the town than just the Marina and the beaches on both sides are really nice. Gerry was a great host very available and helpful if we needed information, he checked in with us a few times to make sure we were okay which was considerate. Theres so many positives about the apartment, the area it's in and Banus itself I'd be here for a while explaining them all but suffice to say it's really great for a long break and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Apartment in Nueva Andalucia

Stayed in this very well presented apartment for three nights. Even although the owner had very short notice of our arrival he made sure the place was absolutely immaculate. Place had everything we needed for a very relaxing weekend and the location was fabulous. You can walk to the Port in fifteen minutes. Could not recommend highly enough. James and Laura

Great Location

Lovely apartment, very clean with everything you would need for your stay. Spacious veranda, lovely swimming pool. Bus stop to Puerta Banus right outside the complex. Would definitely recommend.

Over the years, we have stayed in many properties in Andalusia. Puerto Banus was the best for its environment. And this property was the best one for location, neighbourhood (Centro Commercial), cleanliness of the apartment, the friendliness of the security personnel, and the facilities in the apartment (bedding equipment, washrooms, kitchen facilities, TV and WIFI facilities). Lastly, Gerry was quite friendly and helpful in facilitating our stay.

High season in Puerto Banus

Very nice apartment. Comprehensively equipped. Good pools and convenient for shopping and eating. Traffic noise intrusive from terrace.

Nice appartment with good equpments

The appartment is well equiped in nice neighborhoos closed to every thing with parking etc. The only disadvantage was the trafic noise on the balcony specially on week days between 09 to 15:00. Contact with the owner went smoothly also the check in. No issue with the appartment at all.

Wish we were back!

Just back after a week in Gerry & Imelda's apartment and had a fabulous time. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and well located for our stay as a family. Gerry was extremely helpful with any questions we had both before and during our stay. We had everything we needed in the apartment for the week, we loved the balcony as it caught the morning sun. We have 3 boys and they enjoyed the TV package which included lots of sports channels which kept them happy. The pool in the complex is very family friendly and was never too busy throughout our stay. The apartment is a 15minute walk to the marina which we did everyday. There are 2 supermarkets both a 2 minute walk which was very handy. There is also a lovely Plaza 2minutes from the apartment with lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Overall we loved our holiday and are looking forward to returning soon! Thanks again Gerry & Imelda!

Disappointed

Property was not prepared for our stay. There wasn't basic products there to allow one to began to unwind after long travel. No toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels had old smell, smelly rooms (not aired out) toilets not clean, deck and outside tables not clean. Had to leave and shop for things that one should expect to routinely be supplied for guest. Was able to speak with manager, who sent someone out the next day to clean but only deck was cleaned. In addition, we were not informed of a Cat who roamed our balcony at will. Manager said there was nothing he could do. I'm allergic to cats so had to spend a lot of time inside. Joining walls are very thin, so neighbors moving around late throughout the night, music, TV, personal conversations provided little privacy to enjoy time with family. Finally, Although there is a balcony for 2 off back BR, the balcony is literally right at area where residents lay out for sun. Noise and having to keep blinds semi shut for privacy was disappointing. Had planned this trip for a year and was entirely disappointed with accommodations and lack of full transparency from owner.

Apt, bien aménagé et propre. Tout etait bien. Circulation un peu bruyante les soirs de week-end. Par contre belle vue sur la Ronda et plein soleil le matin sir le deck. Un peu éloigné de la plage, environ 2lm à pied. Je le recommanderais sans problème.

A wonderful long term stay

Just returned from six fabulous weeks in this lovely apartment. Everything you could possibly need is here. It’s clean and comfortable and in a great location with two supermarkets just a short walk in either direction. John and Olga are available for any questions and respond immediately. The large balcony gets the morning sun and the small patio off the master bedroom enjoys it in the afternoon. Can’t imagine anything better and certainly hope to return next year.
