The apartment is located on the first shoreline in Fuengirola's quiet district of Los Boliches, outside the apartment you have an 8km long promenade which is one of southern Spain's longest and is absolutely wonderful to walk or bike the furthest. There is a supermarket and cafés, restaurants and bars all around.The beach that is just across the road is with fine sand and perfect for beach hanging with loved ones, here you can choose between swimming in the pool or the sea, or both! Los Boliches train station is only a 10-minute walk away and takes you to and from the airport in 35 minutes and Malaga city. When you step through the door you will be met by an open and social layout with the kitchen with bar counter directly to the left, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and much more. Straight ahead you have the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV and art-decorated walls and a lovely balcony overlooking the unique pool and Mediterranean Sea, the balcony has morning sun.The two bedrooms have comfortable double beds (can be converted into 4 single beds) and storage, the master bedroom has its own balcony with sea views and afternoon sun. The apartment is located three floors up without elevator. Free parking subject to availability. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in all rooms, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher and much more. The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels in one set per person. Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
